★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La commessa è brava, simpatica e sa consigliare bene. Ho trovato esattamente quello che cercavo, una parrucca di buona qualità, dall'aspetto naturale.
Unico neo: scelta buona, ma non vastissima. Del resto non credo sia questa la stagione delle parrucche.
The saleswoman is good, nice and knows how to advise well. I found exactly what I was looking for, a good quality, natural looking wig.
The only drawback: good choice, but not huge. After all, I don't think this is the season of wigs.

Ambiente pulito e confortevole, ottima privacy.
Signora Damiana molto competente, professionale, disponibile, empatica ma mai invadente. Ti consiglia per il meglio con professionalità e ti fa sentire a tuo agio e coccolata.
Ottima, varia e di qualità tutte le diverse tipologie di dispositivi (parrucche sintetiche e non, turbanti, copricapo, postiches, accessori per la cura e manutenzione,...).
Purtroppo sono diventata cliente di questo fantastico negozio per motivi di salute, una delle cose che più ho apprezzato è stata la calma e la sensibilità di Damiana, il fatto spieghi tutto con facilità, che rilasci promemoria scritti sulla gestione dei dispositivi e che sia contattabile per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio.
E comunque, il fatto che sia uscita dalla "Casa della Parrucca" di Udine con il mio nuovo look e, tornata a casa, tutti mi abbiano fatto i complimenti per il mio nuovo taglio di capelli e chiesto da che parrucchiera ero andata (!!!) direi che è una bella soddisfazione.

Clean and comfortable environment, excellent privacy.
Damiana very competent, professional, helpful, empathetic but never intrusive. He advises you for the best with professionalism and makes you feel comfortable and pampered.
Excellent, varied and of quality all the different types of devices (synthetic and non-synthetic wigs, turbans, headgear, postiches, accessories for care and maintenance, ...).
Unfortunately I became a customer of this fantastic shop for health reasons, one of the things I appreciated the most was Damiana's calm and sensitivity, the fact that she explains everything easily, that she issues written reminders on the management of the devices and that she is contactable for clarify any doubts.
And anyway, the fact that I left the "Casa della Wig" in Udine with my new look and, back home, everyone complimented me on my new haircut and asked which hairdresser I went to (!! !) I would say it is a great satisfaction.
