.....troverete una segreteria e quind i- ça va sans dir-il lotto scappa e se lo aggiudica qualcun altro...
Per il resto in gamba e ben organizzati !
OPEN POINT: participating online is fun, but in case of need to speak with an operator DURING the auction, for NORMAL customer assistance operations it is impossible.
..... you will find an answering machine and quind i- ça va sans dir-the lot runs away and someone else wins it ...
Otherwise smart and well organized!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPOSSIBILE COMUNICARE CON ESSERE UMANO!!! Ho scritto mail = nessuna risposta; ho telefonato ad orari indicati e non = nessuno dall’altra parte del telefono a parte segreterie che, improvvisamente, smettono anche di parlare. SCANDALOSO!!!
IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH HUMAN BEING !!! I wrote mail = no reply; I phoned at indicated times and there is no one on the other side of the phone apart from secretariats which, suddenly, also stop talking. SCANDALOUS!!!

Bad experience unfortunately. I had problems communicating with customer service to begin with, then lost the lot I wanted because of issues with their website. Maybe at live auctions everything goes smoothly and clients are treated differently, but the customer service online is bad, they take too long to answer emails, the quality of the site is poor and the latter has some problems, which may cause you to loose the lot(s) you are interested in. If that happens, they won't take responsibility.
Be aware of these issues. I advise participating to the Capitolium auctions' in person at their headquarters and not online.

Esperienza negativa purtroppo. All'inizio ho avuto problemi a comunicare con il servizio clienti, poi ho perso il lotto che volevo a causa di problemi di funzionamento del loro sito web. Forse alle aste dal vivo fila tutto liscio e i clienti sono trattati diversamente, ma il servizio clienti online è pessimo, la qualità del sito è scarsa e quest'ultimo ha qualche problema di funzionamento che potrebbe causarvi la perdita dei lotti che vi interessano. Se questo accade, loro non si prenderanno la responsabilità.
Consiglio di partecipare alle aste di Captolium dal vivo nella loro sede e non online.
