★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si fa un po’ di fatica a trovare l’entrata, dato che non è sulla strada principale, ma è questione di attimi. Già dalle vetrine, ognuna dedicata a uno specifico brand, curate in ogni dettaglio, si capisce il livello della gioielleria (del resto solo il nome “Capone” è una garanzia nel mondo dei gioielli). Sono stato subito accolto, in un ambiente molto confortevole dove nulla è lasciato al caso, da una addetta alle vendite, che si è occupata in primo luogo di una riparazione che dovevo fare su una stilografica Montblanc, e successivamente ci siamo spostati verso l’angolo dedicato a Dodo di Pomellato, dove la stessa si è impegnata a trovare la soluzione ottimale che avevo con un bracciale. È stata molto carina, attenta alle mie esigenze, professionale, spontanea. Intorno a noi c’erano gli altri clienti, diretti verso gli spazi dei brand che interessavano loro, ma l’ambiente è talmente ben distribuito che ognuno ha la sua privacy e non ha il fiato sul collo di altri clienti, come accade in altre presunte gioiellerie. Insomma, lo stile Capone si riconosce ovunque. Pienamente soddisfatto.

I was immediately welcomed, in a very comfortable environment where nothing is left to chance, by a sales employee, who first took care of a repair I had to do on a Montblanc fountain pen, and then we moved to the corner. dedicated to Dodo di Pomellato, where the same is committed to finding the optimal solution I had with a bracelet. She was very nice, attentive to my needs, professional, spontaneous. Around us there were the other customers, headed towards the spaces of the brands that interested them, but the environment is so well distributed that everyone has their own privacy and does not have the breath on the neck of other customers, as happens in other alleged jewelers. In short, the Capone style can be recognized everywhere. Fully satisfied.

Si trova da piccolo pensiero al più esclusivo dei gioielli e orologi.
Livello altissimo di qualità bè marchi venduti.
C'è poi il piano superiore con liste di nozze e argenterie che è un vero spettacolo.
Personale gentilissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente la miglior gioielleria di tutta Pisa e dintorni.
Oltre alla bellezza estetica dell'edificio in cui è situata (soprattutto nel periodo natalizio, in cui viene illuminato con luci), anche internamente è veramente il massimo.
Ultra fornita, il personale è gentile, professionale e qualificato. In questo periodo di pandemia c'è sempre una persona ad accoglierti all'ingresso: dopo la solita misurazione della temperatura e igienizzazione delle mani, vieni servito istantaneamente dalla stessa persona.
Do quattro stelle giusto perché, per quanto mi riguarda, ci sono giusto un paio di note dolenti, che comunque non mi fanno desistere dal continuare a servirmi da loro, tuttavia capisco che potrebbero scoraggiare qualcuno e quindi penso sia giusto segnalarle: la zona non brilla in parcheggi ed il locale non è affatto adatto ad accogliere persone con disabilità (ingresso con scalino e unica porta scorrevole molto piccola, internamente i corridoi non sono poi così ampi).
In ogni caso la consiglio molto.

I give four stars right because, as far as I'm concerned, there are just a couple of sore points, which in any case do not make me desist from continuing to use them, however I understand that they could discourage someone and therefore I think it is right to report them: the area does not shine in parking lots and the room is not at all suitable for people with disabilities (entrance with a step and a single very small sliding door, internally the corridors are not so wide).
In any case, I highly recommend it.
