Contattati per un ordine da più di 20mila euro per il quale mi avevano fornito preventivo e per il quale avevo dato conferma. Il referente sparisce per 10 giorni e nonostante mail, chiamate e messaggi è sempre irraggiungibile. Dopo 10 giorni finalmente arriva una risposta in cui mi viene detto che l'ordine deve essere annullato con la scusa che non hanno nessuno da mandare a fare il collaudo. Non ci sono scuse!
AGGIORNAMENTO IN SEGUITO ALLA RISPOSTA DELL'AZIENDA:
Vista la tanta arroganza con la quale rispondete alle recensioni sarebbe stato il caso di lasciarvene una seconda anche in funzione delle insinuazioni fatte.
L'altra azienda si è detta non disponibile alla fornitura perché non aveva disponibilità in azienda del prodotto e non avrebbe fatto in tempo a consegnarlo entro dicembre, cosa che ha fatto presente immediatamente con chiarezza e serietà (a differenza vostra), e non per altri motivi come voi, con tanta bassezza, tentate di insinuare.
Lo screenshot che segue mostra la nostra corrispondenza e il lasso di tempo intercorso tra l'ultima vostra mail, la nostra accettazione e la richiesta di essere ricontattati con urgenza vista l'impossibilità di parlare con il vostro responsabile contattando il numero dell'azienda presente su Google. Il vostro contatto arriva poi, come da vostra stessa ammissione il 12 novembre, nello screenshot si evince chiaramente che il 3 di novembre comunicavamo accettazione del preventivo.
In conclusione, la vostra risposta alla mia recensione benché preceduta da un'ipocrita ringraziamento nei miei confronti per la recensione lasciata rispecchia esattamente l'esperienza con voi avuta, mancanza di serietà e onestà intellettuale.
Infinite lack of seriousness regarding my experience. Contacted for an order worth more than 20 thousand euros for which I had been given a quote and for which I had confirmed. The contact person disappears for 10 days and despite emails, calls and messages is always unreachable. After 10 days a reply finally arrives in which I am told that the order must be canceled with the excuse that they have no one to send for testing. There are no excuses!

Given the arrogance with which you respond to reviews it would have been appropriate to leave you a second one, also depending on the insinuations made.
The other company said it was not available for supply because it did not have the product available in the company and would not have had time to deliver it by December, which it immediately pointed out with clarity and seriousness (unlike you), and not for others. reasons like you, with such baseness, you try to insinuate.
The following screenshot shows our correspondence and the time lapse between your last email, our acceptance and the request to be contacted urgently given the impossibility of speaking with your manager by contacting the company number present on Google. Your contact then arrives, as per your own admission on November 12th, in the screenshot it is clear that on November 3rd we communicated acceptance of the quote.
In conclusion, your response to my review, although preceded by a hypocritical thanks to me for the review left, reflects exactly the experience I had with you, lack of seriousness and intellectual honesty.
