★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato 8 anni fà una cucina DADA e un tavolo con sedie bianche con gambe in metallo ZANOTTA garantendoci la robustezza e solidità. Volevamo qualcosa di bello e di qualità. Circa un anno fà si rompe una gamba di una delle sedie con mio marito seduto e mia nipotina in braccio, fortunatamente senza conseguenze ma tanto spavento. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi sento dire che un difetto nella produzione ci può stare e che dopo 8 anni è ora di cambiare le sedie, senza parole!! mi viene cambiata la gamba per la "modica" cifra di 70 EURO. Il giorno di Natale 2018 si rompe un'altra gamba di un'altra sedia stavolta con mio suocero novantenne.. sarà un altro difetto nella produzione? Ho chiamato ZANOTTA, mi hanno detto di contattare uno dei rivenditori della mia zona...non ci penso minimamente!! Credo che cambierò le sedie, andrò da Ikea!! Costeranno molto meno ma saranno di qualità superiore.
8 years ago we bought a DADA kitchen and a table with white chairs with ZANOTTA metal legs, guaranteeing strength and solidity. We wanted something beautiful and quality. About a year ago a leg of one of the chairs broke with my husband seated and my granddaughter in his arms, fortunately without consequences but so much fright. I ask for explanations and I am told that there may be a defect in the production and that after 8 years it is time to change the chairs, speechless !! my leg was changed for the "modest" sum of 70 EURO. On Christmas Day 2018 another leg of another chair breaks this time with my ninety-year-old father-in-law .. will it be another defect in the production? I called ZANOTTA, they told me to contact one of the retailers in my area ... I don't think about it at all !! I think I'll change the chairs, I'll go to Ikea !! They will cost a lot less but will be of higher quality.
