ampia scelta, personale molto disponibile e che ha ascoltato le mie esigenze, ci sono molti prodotti interessanti a prezzi abbordabili ....???
Mi hanno aiutato nella mia ristrutturazione a capire tutti gli spazi utili è meglio collocati, hanno anche sevizio di imbiancatura con tintometro, piccola ferramenta che fra poco mi hanno riferito che la vogliono ampliare, insomma c’è un po’ di tutto senza girare il mondo??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una casa e il capitolato era fornito da Pagnoncelli, nulla da dire sulla vasta scelta e sulla qualità dei materiali. Pessima la posatura di zoccolini, porte( me ne hanno cambiate 5 scorrevoli su 5 dopo un mese di utilizzo) e pessima posatura delle piastrelle dei bagni. Scelto accuratamente il colore dello stucco, i posatori hanno siliconato il tutto con un colore che non cemtrava nulla e da schifo. Ho dovuto togliere il tutto. Per non parlare delle piastrelle macchiate e cotte male.
Ho praticamente la casa siliconata, perché per parare ai loro errori silicavano tutto!!! Un orrore, assurdo che uno non si aspetta da un negozio con questo nome!!I
I bought a house and the specifications were supplied by Pagnoncelli, nothing to say about the vast choice and quality of materials. Very bad the laying of skirting boards, doors (I have 5 sliding doors out of 5 after a month of use) and bad laying of the bathroom tiles. Carefully chosen the color of the stucco, the installers have siliconed it all with a color that did not collect anything and suck. I had to remove everything. Not to mention the stained tiles and runny.
I practically have a siliconed house, because to avoid their mistakes they silenced everything !!! A horror, absurd that one does not expect from a shop with this name !! I

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parto ad indicare che il mio voto Pessimo non è relazionato alla loro varietà di materiali o alla capacità di poter avere ogni specialista per ogni esigenza, ma al fatto che l'assistenza al cliente, ed al suo ingaggio dovrebbero essere tema fondamentale per qualsiasi venditore. Ma questo non si è verificato lato mio e della mia compagna.
Dopo un primo sopralluogo al loro centro a Trezzo sull'Adda, in cui siamo stati accolti ad una breve esposizione delle capacità dell'azienda, abbiamo chiesto loro di farci avere un preventivo, dando anche a disposizione tutte le documentazioni fatte dal geometra.
Dopo 2 solleciti scritti e 3 telefonate, non siamo mai stati ricontattati, ne per chiedere tempo, ne per consegnare il preventivo concordato.
Detto questo, consiglio caldamente ai clienti di valutare attentamente se ingaggiare questa azienda, e nello specifico di non farvi gestire le pratiche dalla sig. Mariella, poichè in fatto di serietà per appuntamenti ed impegni è inqualificabile.
Consiglio inoltre all'azienda a gestire meglio il cliente e se intendono chiedere la modifica di questa recensione sono a completa disposizione per valutare la richiesta. Sta di fatto però che mi aspetto un interesse vivo al cambiare prima di tutto i criteri di importanza per gli impegni presi, scadenze e parola data.

I am starting to indicate that my bad rating is not related to their variety of materials or to the ability to have every specialist for every need, but to the fact that customer service, and his engagement should be a fundamental theme for any seller. But this did not happen on my side and my partner.
After an initial inspection of their center in Trezzo sull'Adda, in which we were welcomed to a brief presentation of the company's capabilities, we asked them to send us a quote, also providing all the documentation made by the surveyor.
After 2 written reminders and 3 phone calls, we have never been contacted again, neither to ask for time, nor to deliver the agreed quote.
That said, I strongly advise clients to carefully consider whether to hire this company, and specifically not to let Ms. Mariella, as in terms of seriousness for appointments and commitments is unspeakable.
I also advise the company to better manage the customer and if they intend to request the modification of this review I am at your complete disposal to evaluate the request. The fact is, however, that I expect a lively interest in changing first of all the criteria of importance for the commitments made, deadlines and word given.

Molto comodo il parcheggio soprattutto per acquistare prodotti del centro edile.
Personalmente lo consiglio, bravi!

Sono stata di recente a scegliere delle piastrelle per il bagno e il mobile, grazie al loro servizio di rendering ho potuto farmi un'idea del risultato finale che non ha deluso le aspettative! Inoltre la scelta è ampissima, con uno showroom ben organizzato.
Farò sicuramente passaparola!

I was recently to choose some tiles for the bathroom and furniture, thanks to their rendering service I was able to get an idea of the final result that did not disappoint! Quest'anno vista la necessità di ristrutturare il bagno di casa, dopo un accurato colloquio con conseguente preventivo, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del trattamento e ovviamente della realizzazione che presenta prodotti di ottima qualità.
Personalmente, consiglio il centro Pagnoncelli per l'esperienza decennale che li contraddistingue e per essere in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta.
