★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione sia per la spiaggia sia per la passeggiata in centro o tra il verde di città giardino. Staff disponibile e gentile. Pulito. Servizi essenziali ma se vi serve altro, chiedete. Ho apprezzato molto la macedonia freschissima a colazione.
 Excellent location both for the beach and for the walk in the center or among the green of the garden city. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Essential services but if you need more, ask. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit salad for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die ausreichend vorhandenen Deutsch-Kenntnisse des Chefs. Zum Frühstücksbuffet gibt es - samt penibler Einhaltung aller Covid-19 - induzierter Hygiene-Bestimmungen - qualitativ gute Lebensmittel. Die Zimmer vermitteln den Charme der Sechzigerjahre.
Particularly noteworthy are the friendliness of the staff and the sufficient German knowledge of the boss. The breakfast buffet includes - with meticulous compliance with all Covid-19 - induced hygiene regulations - good quality food. The rooms convey the charm of the 1960s.

All in all pretty good, room pretty good. The bathroom would need an extra eye (cobwebs) and the space not very suitable for people of robust size, excellent kindness, good breakfast, wide choice. I don't like location,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati con la scuola e siamo rimasti una notte. Hotel molto pulito. Peccato il servizio. Come cena ci hanno servito pasta (scotta) al pomodoro, cotoletta da discount con patatine fritte, unico alimento buono, e un dolce davvero orrendo. A colazione il giorno seguente avevamo a disposizione solo pane vecchio con marmellata, brioches confezionate e un sorta di plumcake piuttosto cattivo.
Il vero problema è il personale, molto fiscale e disumano. Ci hanno fatto liberare le camere alle 7:15 per controllare eventuali danni e dopo colazione per finire di lavarci e fare i bisogno avevamo un solo bagno in 50. Capisco la necessità di guardare le camere, ma almeno 3/4 camere le potevano lasciare per i bagni. Visto che comunque alle 8:30 siamo andati via. Personale comunque molto scortese e non propenso ad "aiutarci".
We went with the school and stayed one night. Very clean hotel. Pity the service. As dinner they served us pasta (scotta) with tomato sauce, discount cutlet with fries, the only good food, and a really horrendous dessert. At breakfast the next day we had only old bread with jam, packaged brioches and a kind of pretty bad plum cake.
The real problem is the personal, very fiscal and inhuman. They made us leave the rooms at 7:15 to check for damage and after breakfast to finish washing and needing we had only one bathroom in 50. I understand the need to look at the rooms, but at least 3/4 rooms could leave them for the bathrooms. Since we left at 8:30 anyway. Staff still very rude and not inclined to "help".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfaches Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und freundlichem Personal. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Leider sind die Räumlichkeiten sehr hellhörig, sodass ich den Nachbarn schnarchen hören konnte... dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts ;) Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch die zentrale Lage! Empfehlenswert für Leute die im eher teuren Grado eine günstigere Unterkunft suchen.
Simple hotel with good value for money and friendly staff. Rooms are getting old but clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are very badly soundproofed, so that I could hear the neighbors snoring ... of course the hotel can not help;) The central location is positive! Recommended for people who are looking for cheaper accommodation in the rather expensive Grado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic, clean no-frills hotel with well working air con and almost right at the entrance to the beach. One star off as the friendly owner has what seems like a million rules here: How to park the car, where to sit for breakfast, how and where to leave the keys, etc... 3x printed-out pages explain it all... It's a bit of an overkill for an otherwise laid back holiday location
