Forse è perché siamo fuori stagione ma è comunque un disagio Small but nice and well equipped apartment. The only flaw is the lack of a receptionist on site, you have to call and then he arrives. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Very clean and well maintained. Generously designed apartments and parking spaces on the premises. Breakfast buffet perfect and the staff is very courteous and professional. C	Christian Scheikl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Ende August 2021 in diesem Aparthotel und unsere Meinung ist durchwachsen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt, beim nächsten Supermarkt und kostenpflichtigen Strand. Die Rezeption ist nur zwischen 08:30 - ca. 12 Uhr besetzt. Es ist kein Frühstück, kein Parkplatz (zumindest bei einer Buchung über Booking) und keine Sonnenliege am Strand inkludiert. Kostet alles extra. Uns wurde auch ein Aufpreis für unseren gerade drei Jahre alten Sohn verrechnet was uns etwas unerklärlich ist. Das Apartment war von den Räumlichkeiten her ok. Vorraum, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und ein großer Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist ok aber bereits etwas abgewohnt. Es ist auch nicht wirklich Platz für mehr als zwei Erwachsene und ein kleines Kind da es nur ein Bett gibt und die Couch nicht umbedingt zum schlafen geeignet ist. Beim Bezug war die Wohnung Besenrein. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Am Kasten fand sich z.B noch eine leere Packung Zigaretten der Boden war beim Bezug Sandig etc. Es gab keine tägliche Reinigung und frische Handtücher nur wenn man zufällig der Putzfrau begegnet ist. Das kenne ich von anderen Aparthotels anders und wäre bei diesem Preis und Aufpreis fürs Kind wünschenswert gewesen. Das Personal wenn man es gesehen hat war freundlich. In Summe passte das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht ganz. Besonders der Aufpreis für unser Kind stört uns da für die Besitzer keinerlei Mehraufwand angefallen ist. Es ist nicht so das wir uns nicht vorstellen können zur Not auch nochmal hier zu buchen aber wir empfehlen es nicht als erste Wahl und werden uns nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel bzw. Aparthotel buchen. We stayed at this aparthotel at the end of August 2021 and our opinion is mixed. The location is very good. The building can be easily reached by car. It is only a few minutes' walk to town, to the next supermarket and the beach, which is subject to a charge. The reception is only manned between 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. There is no breakfast, no parking space (at least when booking through Booking) and no sun lounger on the beach included. Everything costs extra. We were also charged a surcharge for our three year old son, which is a bit inexplicable to us. The apartment was ok from the premises. Anteroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom, kitchen-living room and a large balcony. The decor is ok but a bit shabby. There is not really room for more than two adults and a small child as there is only one bed and the couch is not necessarily suitable for sleeping. When moving in, the apartment was swept clean. A little more cleanliness would have been desirable. On the box there was an empty pack of cigarettes, for example, the floor was sandy when you moved in, etc. There was no daily cleaning and fresh towels only if you happened to meet the cleaning lady. I know that differently from other aparthotels and would have been nice for the child at this price and surcharge. The staff when you saw it was friendly. Overall, the price-performance ratio wasn't quite right. Especially the surcharge for our child bothers us because the owner has not incurred any additional effort. It is not that we cannot imagine booking here again in a pinch, but we do not recommend it as a first choice and will book another hotel or aparthotel next time.
E	Edoardo Morganti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un buon ricordo. Accettazione imbarazzante. Comunico l'ora e mi ritrovo ad aspettare 20 minuti e dopo tre telefonate. L'addetto anziché scusarsi si infastidiva. Le scale erano mal tenute, si scrostava il muro. Di sera in corridoio si sentiva una puzza d'aglio incredibile. Sul balcone i vicini fumavano. Veramente mal gestito. Di positivo sicuramente la libertà di avere a disposizione un bel appartamento e l'ubicazione che è ottima. I had a good memory. Embarrassing acceptance. I communicate the time and find myself waiting 20 minutes and after three phone calls. Instead of apologizing, the clerk got annoyed. The stairs were poorly maintained, the wall was peeling. In the evening there was an incredible smell of garlic in the corridor. On the balcony the neighbors smoked. Really badly managed. The freedom of having a nice apartment and the excellent location are certainly positive.
