★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and same breakfast for 4 days (2 salamies and 1 cheese in plastic).
Empty swiming pool although we have been charged full price and swiming pool was included (no restrictions in original reservation confirmation).
They even falsified our original reservation with restrictions on swiming pool usage. However, the falsified restriction was not applicable for uscsince it was refering to the period in next season.
But anyway, we had no refund. Not even the discount. We have been charged full price. Outrageous !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Clean, air conditioned room, swimming pool large enough, 2.5 meter depth on the deeper end. Tasty breakfasts with fruits, eggs, ham, muesli, croissants and sweet buns - you can choose whatever you like.
Via Pecorari street is narrow and quiet, so guests are not disturbed by street noise and views from the hotel are spectacular - onto near hill (see photos).
Hotel staff is helpful and nice, actually I think it's quite common in Campagna region, but still worth mentioning :-)
