★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent room for the price but excellent staff. My partner got food poisoning on our last night in Turin with our flight not until the following evening, whilst they couldn’t offer us the room for a few more hours they were extremely accommodating and found us a room for the day at their sister hotel instead and booked us a taxi for the journey even though it was only a 5 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very clean. Rooms with AC and all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent. And of course, pet friendly (we didn’t payed anything for them)! ??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small hotel in a side street with very nice employees offering good service. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. It is a bit small but good enough for most city trips, both for business and leisure. Price was very reasonable too. Not far from city centre and tourist attractions. We walked to all places in fact!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Urbani is a 4 stars hotel contender no doubt, it currently ranks as a 3 stars but it’s definitely more than that. We asked for a room with a balcony we got it, there was works on the road by the side so we asked for another quieter room we got it. Staff are exceptionally friendly and very well spoken. We had a Welcome chocolate box, extra towels, extra pillows you name it! Recommended for a good stay in the lovely city of Turin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really convenient location right next to the main train station. Great room with good amenities and A/C. Very nice breakfast buffet, continental with an Italian flavour to it. Staff was nice and helpful. We extended the stay via Booking.com, front desk staff told us we should have arranged it with them - we would have gotten a discount. We'll do so next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compact room - clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. Easy reach of main station, trains, metro and town center (on foot). Area and city in general feels safe. Breakfast had some hot food and fresh croissants. Good coffee too. The heater fan in the room was noisy and would wake us up at night - so one star off for that. We would recommend this place.
