★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. Location is great if you like to go restaurants or bars but might be bit noisy at night so if you like to go to sleep at 8pm you might have a problem :) Very close to Porta Nova and all city attractions:) Grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived into Torino needing last minute accommodations, and found Apart Hotel Via Sant-Anselmo within minutes walking distance of Porto Nuova station. The room I was given was beautifully decorated. It was excellent to have a (mostly) full kitchen to cook a nice supper. The room lacked very little; in things that would be helpful such as a telephone, in case foreign travellers do not have a working phone, and coat hooks at the door. The balcony, bathroom, living area, and bedroom are elegant, functional, and comfortable. The multilingual staff are accommodating and friendly as well. I wish I could have stayed longer as I greatly enjoyed my time at Apart Hotel, and will very likely return the next time I am in Torino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is running a scam, in the fine print they charge a 50 Euro fee for check in after 7pm.
This is not made clear on their booking website only in the terms and conditions. I spoke to a restaurant opposite and they said it is a sketchy operation.
Beware.

I’m sure this hotel is manipulating their reviews and rating.
They are a total scam. I had the misfortune to book with them and it ruined my whole trip and first impression of Italy. I’m just going to leave now.
I was left standing on the street with no working phone and no hotel. This is not a real hotel with anyone working past 7pm.
I called them and arranged to checkin later and they rudely told me it would be an extra €50 euro. Annoying but not the end of the world.
They just didn’t answer any phone call when i arrived at the agreed time and even orbitz could not contact them.
The restaurant across the street let me use their phone and said this hotel is shady and it happens all the time. People always just book another hotel she told me!
