Prenotare una stanza per due persone, confermata addiritura, per poi una settimana dopo ricevere un email con la disdetta della stanza per un errore non è assolutamente ammissibile. Maybe we got there! 1 star makes me put it otherwise you can not publish the review, but even that sincerely deserve it. Der Ausblick war sehr schön und die Anbindung mit dem Skibus zum Beispiel war auch gut gemacht. Das Hotel ist eigentlich barrierefrei, da man durch den Haupteingang zu einem Fahrstuhl gelangen kann. The food was very good and the service very friendly. The rooms were big enough for a double bed. The bathroom was nice with a shower and hair dryer. The view was very nice and the connection with the ski bus, for example, was also well done. The hotel is actually barrier-free as you can get to an elevator through the main entrance.

Abbiamo scelto questo per il prezzo, ma 70 euro a testa a notte per: camera sporca, piena di ragnatele, arredata con mobili vecchi tutti rovinati, che sembravano riesumati dalla cantina del nonno. Lenzuola con una macchia, bagno a loro detta pulito ma con il piatto doccia sporco, e la tazza del wc con una macchia. Ogni volta 20 min d'attesa per la reception. Colazione con prodotti confezionati di bassa qualità, caffè macchiato a pagamento a parte (ma l'espresso invece no), perchè a detta loro il latte è a disposizione e posso arrangiarmi. Dulcis in fundo, il numero su google non esiste e non sapevamo come segnalare i problemi riscontrati. Piuttosto andate in campeggio, i servizi sono migliori.
