Ottime le pietanze ,il vino Gaudiensius rose??? i dolci .Gentilissimo il personale ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo. The cavanera bistrot is part of a unique landscape on the slopes of Etna and is a happy marriage between the Di Gaetano / Firriato family and the Pennisi family. I had lunch with my friends in a divine way. Excellent dishes, Gaudiensius rose wine and desserts. Very kind staff, excellent relationship between quality and price.

J	Jesse Ondera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was probably the happiest accidental spot I discovered in Sicily. If you like wine and food and are near this area, you shouldn’t miss it. I was driving nearby trying to do a tasting at another winery, which in typical fashion, the help was out to lunch, or whatever. I was staying at Il Picciolo nearby, and after venturing out, found this spot on the map. Probably as good a food and wine experience I had in all of Sicily! Do a wine tasting (opt for the slightly more expensive premium wines) along with the beef tartare and a bowl of macherone. Even the complimentary bruschetta and pane I tasted were unbelievable, not to mention the best olive oil I’ve probably ever had. Take home a couple bottles and enjoy! The service was incredible as well ????
