PROS convenient location, safe neighborhood. CONS Deceiving photos: on the website it looks like the hotel is new, modern and spacious but that's not exactly the case. The lobby, breakfast area and bedroom are modern but the bathroom is very old (toilet seat that kept moving when we sat on it; old school flush handle that had to be turned counter clockwise to flush then turned clockwise to stop the flushing; old school hair dryer that resembled like a vacuum). My guess is that they renovated the hotel in phases...? Inconvenient parking: you either luck out with free parking at the limited spots nearby or you pay the hotel to valet park your car for EUR 15/ day. Noisy: we left our windows open to let fresh air in. We were two floors above ground level so in the morning we could hear guests talking at breakfast. In the evening, we could hear cars driving and people talking on the street as they walked by. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a great value for money.

We’ve stayed there in August for a week. Reading all the reviews I was honestly expecting more. They charged 250€ per night and I will say this again: I was expecting more. Breakfast was just average; it was literally the same every single day. We’ve stopped at the hotel for a week, so you can imagine that eating the same breakfast for a week wasn’t great. Some stuff was nicer the other, and some stuff had attitude and wasn’t very helpful. Let me tell you why. We wanted to rent a boat tour that the hotel was offering, but started doubting it when I asked how the boat looked like, the young girl at the reception said she doesn’t know and shrugged her shoulders like there’s nothing she can do to find out for us and. Moreover, she didn’t even TRY to find out , so she just went on doing her own things. Luckily, there was another friendlier and more helpful stuff that put in some effort to find out how the boat looks like. It looked okay in the pic.. but! It was SO small and every time there would be waves we nearly flipped over! Not worth renting it! I would recommend to spend extra money to rent a better boat just to feel safe. I’d say it is okay to stay in this hotel for just a couple of DAYS, definitely not a week. I can’t really say I regret staying at this hotel, but I will not be coming back here. There’s a public beach 5 mins away, but it is overcrowded and not that clean. There is only 1 thing I really liked about the hotel: the rooftop The rooms were a decent size and pretty clean

The foyer is welcoming, clean and the staff friendly. The hotel is located a mere five minute walk from the centre of town and also the seafront. The location is the only positive to this hotel. The rooms are cramped and different from advertised. We had a balcony door that was partially off the hinges and unable to lock properly (which led to an anxious night's sleep, as we were on the first floor, with easy access to the balcony from the drive). The walls are so thin that the guest coughing next door felt like he was sharing the bed with us. We ordered a double room, but we were given a twin with the beds pushed together. The shower was hot and powerful, but the door on one side off the runners, which meant a lot of spillage on the bathroom door. Breakfast was fine, a selection of cold cuts and pastries in a buffet. Overall, a very disappointing stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Let's start with the cons because that's what you're here for. Cons: - Uncomfortable bed - the "double" or "queen" bed is just two single beds put together. - Paper thin walls - we could hear our neighbours talking very clearly in the room next to us and even farting when they went to the toilet. - Quite a bit of street noise. Pros: - super friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. - really good breakfast - lots of good quality options, and the waiter was very helpful and friendly - great location - close to everything in town - good bathroom amenities - great shower, soaps, really soft towels All in all, we would come back, but we would ask for a bedroom away from the street and a proper bed if possible.

The hotel was perfect, right in the town centre not far from the train station. Staff were all lovely. Our rooms were really nice. Had breakfast just one morning but there was a good choice, couldn’t fault it. The rooftop area was fabulous we were lucky to be the only ones to use the jacuzzi each afternoon and enjoy the sunshine. Would certainly book the hotel again and recommend it.
