La struttura molto carina, rinnovata e molto pulita. Soltanto la camera un po piccolina ma confortevole.
Per quanto riguarda la cucina, abbiamo mangiato bene, grazie allo Chef. Fiore all'occhiello è l'empatia e la professionalità del maitre di sala Maurizio sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza richiesta e attento.
Ringraziamo tutti i ragazzi in sala Alexandra, Alba e tutti gli altri.
Avete reso questa vacanza davvero piacevole.

 Our Sydney vacation was very enjoyable.
The very nice, renovated and very clean facility. Only the room a bit small but comfortable.
As for the kitchen, we ate well, thanks to the Chef. The feather in the cap is the empathy and professionalism of the maitre of the dining room Maurizio, always ready to satisfy any requested and attentive need.
We thank all the guys in the room Alexandra, Alba and all the others.
You have made this vacation very enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato una settimana dal 15 al 22 agosto 2021 con la mia famiglia di cui mia figlia intollerante al latte e glutine, appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dal personale di ricevimento giovani disponibili e gentilissimi, il direttore anche lui è stato subito a nostra disposizione ed ha subito dato disposizioni per i pasti di mia figlia intollerante.
Al ristorante abbiamo trovato il maitre Maurizio disponibile e gentilissimo molto attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, poi i giovani camerieri tutti bravi, Alba che ci ha serviti per tutto il soggiorno bravissima e sempre a disposizione.
La camera sempre sistemata e pulitissima, un grazie anche alle giovani che hanno lavorato a sistemare le stanze.

I stayed a week from 15 to 22 August 2021 with my family, of which my daughter intolerant to milk and gluten, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the young, helpful and very kind reception staff, the manager was also immediately at our disposal and immediately made arrangements for my intolerant daughter's meals.
At the restaurant we found the maitre Maurizio helpful and very kind very attentive to meet our needs, then the young waiters all good, Alba who served us throughout the stay very good and always available.
The room always arranged and very clean, thanks also to the young people who worked to fix the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e divertimento. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose, dotate di ogni comfort, pulite e profumate. Apprezzatissimo il servizio spiaggia a pochi metri dell'hotel. Personale giovane, gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le esigenze del cliente. Un grazie particolare al capo sala Maurizio e a Giorgia che, nonostante la giovane età, è stata sempre disponibilissima, professionale e gentile!! Sicuramente da ritornare e da consigliare!!
Ideal hotel for a relaxing and fun holiday. The rooms are spacious, bright, equipped with every comfort, clean and fragrant. The beach service just a few meters from the hotel is very much appreciated. Young staff, very kind and available to all customer needs. A special thanks to the room manager Maurizio and Giorgia who, despite her young age, has always been extremely helpful, professional and kind !! Definitely to return and to recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza con la famiglia dal 09/09/2021 al 12/09/2021, abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend presso questa struttura che ha dell'attenzione per gli ospiti una prerogativa di primo ordine. L'albergo dispone di ampio parcheggio privato, mette a disposizione dei clienti le numerose bici che servono a girare la graziosa San Benedetto del Tronto. Camere sempre in ordine e pulite,cibo di ottima qualità e attenzione anche ai dettagli di grandi e piccoli. Il personale gentilissimo e cordiale, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e quelle dei nostri bambini.Siamo stati accompagnati da una meravigliosa animazione sia nella spiaggia in convenzione che in hotel che coinvolgeva grandi e piccoli in divertentissimi giochi,balli e tanto divertimento. Family holiday from 09/09/2021 to 12/09/2021, we spent a beautiful weekend at this property that has a first-rate prerogative of attention to guests. The hotel has a large private car park and offers its customers the numerous bikes that are used to get around the pretty San Benedetto del Tronto. Rooms always tidy and clean, excellent quality food and attention to details, both large and small. The very kind and friendly staff, always available to meet our needs and those of our children.We were accompanied by a wonderful animation both on the beach in agreement and in the hotel that involved adults and children in fun games, dances and lots of fun. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace. Terribile. Sono circa 20 anni che passo l'agosto in riviera con amici e famiglia e da Jesolo a Cattolica da Riccione e Igea Marina siamo sempre stati divinamente. Qui invece è stato un disastro totale. Le camere con diversi punti negativi, (dico solo che appena entrati abbiamo trovato la cassetta di sicurezza non funzionante e una mascherina usata all'interno). I pasti semplicemente terribili e sono davvero dispiaciuto di segnalarlo, ma ho riflettuto a lungo prima di farlo. Eravamo a pensione completa ma dopo qualche giorno ho deciso di passare pranzo e cena in spiaggia (dove si mangiava divinamente) o nei vari locali dove ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Prima di lasciare l'albergo pagato il conto mi è stato chiesto un giudizio e ho fatto presente al direttore quanto sopra. Mi è stato offerto un caffè che non ho accettato. Spero per i futuri ospiti che questa recensione possa essere di aiuto per migliorare il servizio in futuro. San Benedetto comunque merita assolutamente.
I'm sorry. Terrible. For about 20 years I have spent August on the Riviera with friends and family and from Jesolo to Cattolica from Riccione and Igea Marina we have always been divinely. Here, however, it was a total disaster. The rooms with several negative points, (I just say that as soon as we entered we found the safety box not working and a mask used inside). Meals just awful and I'm really sorry to report it but thought a long time before doing this. We were on full board but after a few days I decided to spend lunch and dinner on the beach (where we ate divinely) or in the various places where we always had a great time. Before leaving the hotel after paying the bill, I was asked for an opinion and I informed the manager of the above. I was offered a coffee which I did not accept. Hope for future guests this review will help improve the service in the future. However, San Benedetto absolutely deserves.

No tea making facilities, no fire evacuations details, no information on the hotel in the room. No menu available regarding dinner. Did not cater for tourists from other countries, everything in Italian. Ok for overnight stay but no longer.
