★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location datata, sicuramente con molte cose da rivedere, il bagno aveva bisogno di un rinnovo; rubinetteria con cromatura scolorita, erogatori d'acqua pieni di calcare, ecc ecc
Hotel mancante di ascensore, per niente comodo nel portare i bagagli.
Al check in personale non propriamente competente in materia, ci ha chiesto il termine del soggiorno, nonostante c'era già una prenotazione avvenuta; ha chiesto ad un cameriere l'orario della cena ( cosa che non sapeva ).
La colazione molto limitata ed il personale ignori dei clienti seduti ai tavoli che aspettavano le bevande calde per colazione.
Normalmente negli hotel all'arrivo nelle camere ti aspetti qualcosa da bere, invece ci siamo trovati 2 mele con tovagliolo e coltello
 Dated location, certainly with many things to revise, the bathroom was in need of renovation; faucets with discolored chrome plating, water dispensers filled with limestone, etc. etc.
Hotel lacking a lift, not at all comfortable in carrying luggage.
At check-in, staff not properly competent in the matter asked us for the end of the stay, even though there was already a reservation; he asked a waiter about the dinner time (which he didn't know).
Very limited breakfast and the staff ignoring customers sitting at tables waiting for hot drinks for breakfast.
Normally in hotels upon arrival in the rooms you expect something to drink, instead we found ourselves 2 apples with napkin and knife

- staff were very friendly and helpful,
- dinners were excellent,
- rooms were very clean.
the equipment of the rooms is basic (no safes, no minibar, no tea or coffee kit) and is not modern but hotel is cozy.
