I rate a star because zero is not possible, but it absolutely deserves zero. I start by commenting on the meals that are barely edible, at breakfast the freshly made croissants are painful I do not know how it is possible but it is so, they certainly buy the first price products of very low quality, you can also understand from the cakes, they are bought and are also of low quality these. I asked what was inside a brioche and the waiter replied with the exact words: "it's sweet for breakfast, eat it's good" same thing happened also at lunch where I asked what the Romagna roll was and here he answered me more sincerely with a "I don't know"! (we are in a 4 star). Lunch and dinner are really at the limit of the edible, the appetizers seem to be vomited into the tray, the first are almost always inedible pre-cooked pasta seasoned in canteen ways thrown there on the plate without a minimum of forethought (I have always sent back dishes not even touched and they did not never asked if there was something wrong), the latter spread a merciful veil like the sweets always bought and of poor quality. To access the structure you must necessarily take a staircase on foot which becomes very uncomfortable with a stroller / pram. The car park reserved for customers is always full so you have to look around for a place. The room is a real scandal, very small but this can also be fine, the bed, however, is of an absurd inconvenience, perhaps it is more comfortable to sleep on the floor, the pillows are so thin that it seems not to have it under your head, the cleaning of the room leaves a lot to be desired, the bathroom has no windows, the toilet seat is broken and the shower does not work well, the minibar does not cool, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise (we are always in a 4 star) Staff not up to 4 stars, it is clearly understood that it is not their job and they are put there to pull the season, the girl at the reception seems to be your friend for a lifetime even if you have just seen her for the first time, from a 4 star I expect a lot more professionalism. Umbrella and sunbed on the beach in row 19 on 21 you are practically on the beach and you don't see the sea. For the first time in my life, I couldn't wait to go home. NOT RECOMMENDED

Not a 4 star as stated. According to them, the rooms are all the same in size, I needed a quadruple, but I was in a single transformed into a quadruple. Ruined furniture.

I stayed only one night on Easter day. The structure and furnishings are dated, but the room was clean although not very large. Nice balcony with beautiful sea view and large and very functional bathroom. Good and plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I would go back.
