Auch auf Gluten und Schwangere kann hier ohne Kompromisse geachtet werden! Immer wieder gern! Auch Kinder sind hier herzlich willkommen! Very, very nice hotel, everything was clean, everything was wonderful! Service 1a, very nice hosts, very good cuisine! Gluten and pregnant women can also be taken care of without compromise! Always happy! Children are also very welcome here!

Tutti sono apparsi attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza, spingendosi ben al di là delle aspettative in quanto a gentilezza ed ospitalità. L'hotel offre ogni confort: curato l'aspetto wellness con una zona relax completa di tutto (noi avevamo anche la cabina infrarossi in stanza!!), il profilo culinario ha presentato un menù diverso ogni sera con una cura dei dettagli incredibile. Viene presentato ogni giorno un programma di svago, ma i gestori sono pronti ad ogni ulteriore suggerimento per riempire le giornate. Ci siamo trovati veramente a nostro agio. Lo consigliamo vivamente. The hotel is located in a convenient area in Merano 200, but also in Merano itself. It offers an impeccable family organization. Everyone appeared attentive to our every need, going well beyond expectations in terms of kindness and hospitality. The hotel offers every comfort: the wellness aspect is taken care of with a relaxation area complete with everything (we also had an infrared cabin in the room !!), the culinary profile presented a different menu every evening with incredible attention to detail. A leisure program is presented every day, but the managers are ready for any further suggestions to fill the days. We found ourselves really at ease. We highly recommend it.

Später erhielten wir spontan eine Stornierung der Buchung mit dem kurzen Hinweis, dass das Hotel sich entschieden habe keine Kinder mehr als Gäste zu akzeptieren. Tags darauf hatte sich der Preis für das Zimmer (fast) verdoppelt. Diese Stornierung ist unverschämt. Sie bieten ein „Familienzimmer“ an, auf der Webseite war nirgends ein Hinweis zu finden, dass sie nur Gäste ab 14 Jahren akzeptiert werden. Die Buchung war (unter Angabe des Alters aller) erfolgreich und wurde per email bestätigt. Dann folgt spontan eine Stornierung und der Preis auf Ihrer Webseite verdoppelt sich fast. Geht man so mit Gästen um? We had booked a family room, the booking was confirmed accordingly. Later we spontaneously received a cancellation of the booking with a brief note that the hotel had decided to no longer accept children as guests. The next day the price for the room (almost) doubled. This cancellation is outrageous. They offer a 'family room', there was no indication anywhere on the website that they only accept guests over the age of 14. The booking was successful (stating the age of everyone) and was confirmed by email. Then a spontaneous cancellation follows and the price on your website almost doubles. Is this how you treat guests?

Un plauso speciale va a tutta la famiglia, accoglienti, sempre disponibili e con due super chef in cucina. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Stiamo facendo colazione con la vostra marmellata, ci mancate I recommend this hotel 100%, a convenient location for both ski lovers and those who love walking through various villages or in the mountains. The structure is brand new, the rooms are comfortable and the spa is clean and lucky for everything.
