★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il senso di ospitalità nasce con l'essere umano ed è difficile apprenderla. L'armonia è genesi di un modo di vivere intenso con una grande visione del futuro. Quando le due cose si incontrano in un albergo si genera l'entusiasmo dei clienti. La famiglia Gruber coordina sapientemente una squadra di collaboratori eccezionali, tutti professionali e disponibili oltre l'immaginabile, a partire dall'entusiasmo che Martina accoglie i clienti al telefono. Le camere solo tutte confortevoli e molto pulite, una pulizia che regna in tutta la struttura dall'architettura moderna ma che non tralascia la storia del luogo. il ristorante annovera una cantina dei vini di tutto rispetto con una carta emozionale. Pietanze buone, ben preparate, l'unica eccezione movibile sarebbe quella di una cucina più eterogenea sempre nel rispetto delle tradizioni locali. Comunque auspichiamo di tornare prestissimo ad Avelengo nella stessa struttura
 The sense of hospitality is born with the human being and it is difficult to learn it. Harmony is the genesis of an intense way of life with a great vision of the future. When the two meet in a hotel, customers' enthusiasm is generated. The Gruber family expertly coordinates a team of exceptional collaborators, all professional and available beyond the imaginable, starting from the enthusiasm that Martina welcomes customers on the phone. The rooms are all comfortable and very clean, a cleanliness that reigns throughout the structure with modern architecture but which does not neglect the history of the place. the restaurant boasts a respectable wine cellar with an emotional card. Good dishes, well prepared, the only movable exception would be that of a more heterogeneous cuisine, always respecting local traditions. However, we hope to return to Avelengo in the same structure very soon
