★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was a bit slow. Waiters were kind but the kitchen was pretty slow. Portions were also small, but that might have been personal, because the table next to ours were served visibly bigger portions.

It is a very peaceful place. We loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My group was late to a large event but, without our mentioning it, the staff made sure everyone received all the courses. The house wine was great. Late at night there is a lovely view of a lighted Castello Poppi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant and hotel, just outside Poppi. It offers an excellent view of the hill, at night the illuminated castle gives magic and peace. It is possible to eat outside, and in the summer evening there is live music. Typical cuisine and good pizza, good choice of wines. I recommend for a relaxing evening... an excellent "Fiorentina" and a good local wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view on Poppi Castle. Very friendly staff, good food for very reasonable prices. Great pizzas! Compared to 2 years ago some items were taken off the menu, that’s unfortunate. But I can recommend it!
