★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the hotel, but the restaurant is great. The missing star (and it should be 2 missing stars) is the parking lot, it seems that some time ago was gravel, but now it's just ground with a lot of dust that's so fine that even stepping rises a cloud behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a "Grand Hotel", but there you eat the best, healthy, home made Italian food you can wish. The beach and a wonderful Adriatic sea is right outside your window. Just be aware that the train rail is also outside the window, like every place here along the beach, but it's not a big problem, the trains are only a few and they are not too loud.
