A pochi metri dal mare raggiungibile a piedi ed in una zona dove a pochi chilometri sono presenti interessanti borghi e svaghi Great resort with SPA, new, clean and managed with passion. A few meters from the sea, reachable on foot and in an area where interesting villages and entertainment are located a few kilometers away

Primo e Secondo piatto temperatura tiepida. Puoi migliorare con pre riscaldamento dei piatti. Porzioni piccoli dopo antipasti primo secondo e dessert ancora non senti pieno. Ambiente molto bello tutto possibile per creare un ristorante di Qualita. The written menu looks very good. But eating the dishes lacks the flavor and identity of the chef. Appetizer served with a salad without dressing. First and second course lukewarm temperature. You can improve with pre-heating the dishes. Small portions after first second starters and dessert still don't feel full. Very nice environment everything possible to create a Quality restaurant.

Comunque complimenti per la pulizia e la cordialità. Da riprovare.. I believe that behind these dishes there is a lot of commitment and work and I would like to give only one advice to the chef: it would be better to taste before serving so that you can hit the target! Un vassoio di verdure grigliate: una zucchina, un finocchio, mezza melanzana: 9 euro. Mangiabili. Due birre piccole. Totale: 37€. Ci sediamo rassicurati dal personale sulla presenza di alternative vegan, la cameriera ci segnala in seguito la possibilità di un singolo primo (i suddetti gnocchi). Ci viene portato formaggio al tavolo, incuranti delle nostre indicazioni. Tempi di attesa irragionevoli, specialmente considerando che c'è più personale che coperti. Nel mentre viene proiettata la partita Inghilterra-Ucraina: non sarebbe un problema, se non fosse anche diffusa la telecronaca a tutto volume, fino a dopo le undici: si sentiva anche in camera a finestre chiuse. Decisamente da evitare. It is in the middle of a parking lot. Insipid spinach gnocchi, overcooked, required with tomato only (we are vegan): 12 euros each. A tray of grilled vegetables: a courgette, a fennel, half aubergine: 9 euros. Eateable. Two small beers. Total: € 37. We sit reassured by the staff on the presence of vegan alternatives, the waitress later signals the possibility of a single first course (the aforementioned gnocchi). Cheese is brought to the table, regardless of our directions. Unreasonable waiting times, especially considering there are more staff than covered. In the meantime, the England-Ukraine match is being shown: it would not be a problem, if it were not also broadcast the commentary at full volume, until after eleven: you could also hear it in the room with the windows closed. Definitely to be avoided.
M	Maria Sappraconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/11/22 . Sono stata presso AMBROSI SPA RESORT con formula pacchetto ( 1 notte + cena + SPA). La sera mi sono presentata alle 19 : 30 presso il ristorante . Mi hanno accolta cordialmente , ma devo dire che il servizio di questo ristorante è gestito da individui INCOMPETENTI e presumo che questo nn sia il loro mestiere adatto . Cominciando Dall’ APERITIVO : mezz’ ora di attesa , con portate sbagliate e zero stuzzichini . La cameriera nn di origini italiane pensava di essere su una passerella , nn avendo benché la minima idea di cosa stesse facendo, con altrettante risate prive di senso . (NO COMMENT !!!!!!!!!! ) . CENA : la cucina sembrava priva di cuoco , i piatti nn arrivavano e tutti noi ospiti presenti ci siamo lamentati per questo motivo . Arrivate le 00 : 00 (ora di dormire ) sono riuscita a mangiare SOLO l’ ANTIPASTO. Che vergogna !!!!!!…… Per nn parlare della COLAZIONE…… ancora peggio , la stessa cameriera di origini straniere , mi ha preparato un cappuccino, che CAPPUCCINO NN ERA ( era caffè latte). Ma nn solo c’era anche la “ SFILATA “ del cameriere , che girava senza senso all’ interno della sala con le mani in tasca ….. vorrei capire il RUOLO di questa persona !!!!!! Detto ció , bruttissima esperienza e PERSONALE ASSOLUTAMENTE DA RIVEDERE , perché siamo all’ apice dell’ ASSURDO con individui del genere !!!!!!!! Questa è FOLLIA……. vi consiglio vivamente di sostituire il personale con persone selezionate per la loro competenza e serietà . 12/11/22. I was at AMBROSI SPA RESORT with package formula (1 night + dinner + SPA). In the evening I showed up at 7:30 pm at the restaurant. They welcomed me warmly, but I must say that the service of this restaurant is run by INCOMPETENT individuals and I assume that this is not their suitable profession. Starting From APERITIF: half an hour of waiting, with wrong courses and zero appetizers. The non-Italian waitress thought she was on a catwalk, not having even the slightest idea of what she was doing, with just as many meaningless laughter. (NO COMMENT !!!!!!!!!! ) . DINNER: the kitchen seemed without a cook, the dishes did not arrive and all of us guests present complained for this reason. When I arrived at 00:00 (time to sleep) I was able to eat ONLY the STARTER. What a shame !!!!!!…… Not to mention the BREAKFAST ... ... even worse, the same waitress of foreign origins prepared me a cappuccino, which CAPPUCCINO NN WAS (it was latte coffee). But not only there was also the "PARADE" of the waiter, who wandered senselessly inside the room with his hands in his pockets ... .. I would like to understand the ROLE of this person !!!!!! That said, very bad experience and ABSOLUTELY STAFF TO SEE, because we are at the height of the ABSURD with such individuals !!!!!!!! This is madness……. I strongly recommend that you replace the staff with people selected for their competence and seriousness.

Il pane ed i grissini sono preparati artigianalmente. Excellent restaurant. The restaurant is bright and elegant. The staff are very polite and efficient. The dishes are very good. The bread and breadsticks are handcrafted.
