Abbiamo trascorso piacevoli serate a tavola gustando ottimi piatti che coniugano genuinità,prodotti locali a km zero con novità colore e creatività. Buoni buoni, belli belli. Grazie a Stefania e a tutto lo staff. E di giorno? Escursioni spettacolari! We were guests at the Pintura refuge for a week together with two couples of friends. An unforgettable vacation. We spent pleasant evenings at the table enjoying excellent dishes that combine authenticity, local products at zero km with new colors and creativity. Good good, beautiful beautiful. Thanks to Stefania and all the staff. And during the day? Spectacular hikes!
B	Boris Baleani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pranzato il giorno di pasquetta con una comitiva di amici in questo ristorante...che dire....Non il solito rifugio che ci si aspetta...non le solite pietanze...tutto curato nei particolari ma soprattutto ottimo....dall'antipasto ai secondi...per non parlare dello spezzatino...veramente top! We had lunch on Easter Monday with a group of friends in this restaurant ... what to say .... Not the usual refuge you expect ... not the usual dishes ... all with attention to detail but above all excellent .. ..from the appetizer to the main courses ... not to mention the stew ... really top!

Ferragosto stupendo con un pranzo ottimo, ricercato, prodotti km 0, abbinamenti straordinari , grazie al giovanissimo chef che ti '' coccola'' con le sue prelibatezze. Ho voglia di ritornare ...... Partirei ora per il tortino al cioccolato!!!!! A PRESTO!!! Lorella A few days this summer as a guest of the Hermitage, I had a great time thanks also to Stefania and all the staff. Wonderful mid-August with an excellent, refined lunch, 0 km products, extraordinary combinations, thanks to the very young chef who `` pampers '' you with his delicacies. I want to go back ...... A parità di prezzo nei dintorni si trova molto meglio!!! Non torneremo sicuramente vista la scortesia della titolare! The location and cleanliness are ok but absolute zero hospitality, just enough food and an unwelcoming structure. At the same price in the surroundings it is much better !!! We will certainly not return given the rudeness of the owner!

Prodotti veramente del territorio, autoprodotti o a km zero con spiegazione annessa per ogni portata. Piatti e abbinamenti ricercati, c'è passione e voglia di fare bene dietro, e si vede. Proprietaria cordiale e premurosa. Pane fresco ancora caldo portato in tavola sin da subito. Formaggi spaziali. Da provare assolutamente la "Pigna" , veramente ma veramente azzeccata. Really a nice surprise, it is rare to eat so well and at such a great price in a mountain not really famous for tourism. Truly local products, self-produced or at zero km with an explanation for each course. Sophisticated dishes and combinations, there is passion and desire to do well behind it, and it shows. Friendly and caring owner. Fresh bread, still warm, brought to the table right away. Space cheeses. Absolutely to try the "Pigna", really, really apt.

Appena arrivati siamo partiti già malissimo perché ci hanno fatto trovare i riscaldamenti spenti in camera (ci saranno stati si e no 15 gradi e avevamo ben specificato in fase di prenotazione che avevamo dei bambini piccoli); andiamo a cena e scopriamo che, per chi fa la mezza pensione, alcune portare sono escluse mentre sono disponibili per gli altri clienti; la proprietaria ci serve con un atteggiamento indisponente e scontroso per tutta la sera; alcune portate arrivano a tavola già fredde; torniamo in camera dopo cena e troviamo di nuovo i riscaldamenti spenti; il mattino seguente andiamo a colazione e con circa 40 ospiti presenti al rifugio hanno apparecchiato solo per 12 e non c’è cibo a sufficienza per tutti (se non fette biscottate confezionate); ciliegina sulla torta....dopo il pagamento facciamo notare alla proprietaria la nostra esperienza pessima e invece di chiederci cosa non è andato ci ha risposto che sperava vivamente che non saremmo più tornati! Crediamo che chi nella vita scelga di fare questo lavoro debba essere portato. Qui non ci siamo proprio! Bad experience !!!!! Stay away !!!! We booked two rooms on half board basis. As soon as we arrived we left already very badly because they made us find the heaters turned off in the room (there will have been yes and no 15 degrees and we had well specified in the booking phase that we had small children); we go to dinner and we discover that, for those who take half board, some bring are excluded while they are available for other customers; the owner serves us with an irritating and surly attitude throughout the evening; some dishes arrive at the table already cold; we go back to the room after dinner and find the heaters turned off again; the next morning we go to breakfast and with about 40 guests present at the refuge they have only set the table for 12 and there is not enough food for everyone (except packaged rusks); icing on the cake .... after the payment we point out to the owner our bad experience and instead of asking us what went wrong she replied that she hoped we would never come back! We believe that those in life who choose to do this job should be brought. We are not here at all!
