A	Andrea Hubacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Nähe zur Sprachschule und dem Meer ist gut. Das Hotel ist sauber, Signora Luana, Signore Guido und die anderen Damen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Mein Zimmer war allerdings extrem klein und der Lärm der Strasse ist sehr störend. The proximity to the language school and the sea is good. The hotel is clean, Signora Luana, Signore Guido and the other ladies are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. However, my room was extremely small and the noise from the street is very annoying.
M	Martyna J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo przyjemny hotel, z którego jesteśmy niezmiernie zadowoleni. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko morza, pokoje zawsze czyste, wifi działało bez problemu. Ponadto, niezmiernie miła i życzliwa atmosfera, za co ogromny plus dla hotelu. W przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań czy wątpliwości zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na pomoc ze strony personelu. Patrząc na standardy hotelu Luana, śmiało mogę stwierdzić, że zasluguje on na więcej niż dwie gwiazdki. Sami byliśmy zaskoczeni tak wysokim standardem, z tego względu, że spodziewaliśmy się typowego 2-gwiazdkowego hotelu, w którym wiadomo...różnie bywa. Dzięki oferowanemu śniadaniu, nigdy nie wychodziliśmy głodni :) Szczerze polecam i pozdrawiam wszystkich, których udało nam się tam spotkać. Oby tak dalej! A very pleasant hotel with which we are extremely pleased. The hotel is very close to the sea, the rooms are always clean, the wifi worked fine. Moreover, an extremely nice and friendly atmosphere, which is a huge plus for the hotel. In case of any questions or doubts, we could always count on the help of the staff. Looking at the standards of the Luana hotel, I can confidently say that it deserves more than two stars. We ourselves were surprised by such a high standard, because we expected a typical 2-star hotel, in which you know ... things are different. Thanks to the breakfast offered, we never went out hungry :) I sincerely recommend and greet everyone we managed to meet there. Keep it up!
K	Karina T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ein kleines, familiär geführtes Hotel. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundlich. 5 Minuten zum Strand Bagno Italia. Preis/Leistung passt auf jeden Fall. Kleines, aber abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, jeden Morgen gibt es 1 oder 2 frisch gebackenen Kuchen, die Frau Luana selber macht! Der einzige Nachteil ist das schmale Stiegenhaus ohne Lift. Für Gehbehinderte weniger geeignet. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal hier, werde auch nächstes Mal wieder in dieses Hotel gehen! It is a small, family run hotel. Very clean. Very friendly. 5 minutes to the beach Bagno Italia. Price / performance fits in any case. Small but varied breakfast, every morning there are 1 or 2 freshly baked cakes that Ms. Luana makes herself! The only downside is the narrow staircase without lift. For walking disabled less suitable. We have been here for the second time, will go to this hotel again next time!

Ужасная слышимость: отель расположен возле дороги, по которой даже ночью ездит куча машин, которые слышно даже при закрытых окнах. Окно не откроешь. Слышно людей в соседних номерах. Ужасно маленькая душевая кабинка в номере. Мне она ровно по плечам. Не повернуться, ни помыться нормально. Отель рядом с морем, но все пляжи платные. Бесплатный располагается очень далеко, добраться можно только на машине. The rooms are small, there is no place to hang laundry after the beach. Awful audibility: the hotel is located near the road, on which even at night a lot of cars drive, which can be heard even with the windows closed. The window will not open. You can hear people in the neighboring rooms. Awful little shower in the room. To me she is exactly on the shoulders. Do not turn or wash properly. The hotel is near the sea, but all the beaches are paid. Free is located very far away, you can only get by car.

La struttura è vicinissima ai bagni e alla stazione, la camera dotata di aria condizionata e pulitissima. Le colazioni sono deliziose con i dolci fatti a mano dalla Signora Luana. E poi che accoglienza meravigliosa, è l'ospitalità di chi lavora con professionalità e passione. Consigliatissimo! We stayed there a week in mid-June. We booked one of the mini apartments. We had a great time. The structure is very close to the bathrooms and to the station, the room equipped with air conditioning and very clean. The breakfasts are delicious with handmade desserts by Signora Luana. And then what a wonderful welcome, is the hospitality of those who work with professionalism and passion. Highly recommended!

Colazioni dolci e salate preparate sul momento(anche pane e dolci)fantastiche e abbondanti. Ottima pulizia. Unico neo: stanza doppia assegnataci piccola e con spazi un po' ridotti. Nel complesso, ottima esperienza. Consigliatissima! Extremely convenient location for the sea. Exquisite and very helpful staff. Sweet and savory breakfasts prepared on the spot (including bread and desserts) fantastic and abundant. Excellent cleaning. The only drawback: double room assigned to us small and with a little reduced space. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended!

Le camere sono abbastanza piccole ma pulitissime e profumate, non manca nulla. La colazione, causa Covid-19, non è a buffet, ma cibo abbondante e squisito ma soprattutto di ogni tipo. Complimenti per i dolci della colazione alla Sig.ra Luana. Two-star hotel but super recommended and cheap, both for the location and for the service. The staff is really nice and always available. The rooms are quite small but spotless and fragrant, nothing is missing. The breakfast, due to Covid-19, is not a buffet, but abundant and delicious food but above all of all kinds. Congratulations to Mrs. Luana for breakfast sweets.
