Clean and well equipped for stays with children, courteous and helpful staff, fabulous swimming pool, padel court and wonderful panorama.

Il personale è sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti , le camere sono spaziose, dotate di aria condizionata e pulite.
Il Residence dispone poi di una bella piscina , campi da tennis e calcetto
Credo ci sia anche un bar / tavola calda ma non abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzarlo
prezzi competitivi non eccessivi per luogo e servizi a disposizione
suggerisco , prima di prenotare con i canali classici via web di sentire direttamente la struttura (a buon intenditore ....)
The location of the structure is excellent, not in the town center, with large parking
The staff is always attentive to customer needs, the rooms are spacious, air conditioned and clean.
The Residence also has a beautiful swimming pool, tennis courts and soccer fields
I think there is also a bar / diner but we didn't have the opportunity to use it
competitive prices not excessive for the place and services available
I suggest, before booking with the classic channels via the web, to hear directly the structure (to the good connoisseur ....)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché la struttura ha delle potenzialità superlative che purtroppo noi non abbiamo riscontrato... sicuramente il covid ha influito all'organizzazione del posto... formiche in stanza (e anche se siamo in zona campagna non deve succedere trovarle sul letto) e benché i proprietari sono stati celeri a cambiarci di stanza abbiamo riscontrato problemi nel bagno con perdita d'acqua.
Piscina stupenda, panorama bellissimo, personale molto affabile (love per Alessandro e il signor enzo).
In rapporto a quanto pagato soggiorno non è stato soddisfacente
Because the structure has superlative potential that unfortunately we have not found ... certainly the covid has influenced the organization of the place ... ants in the room (and even if we are in the countryside area it must not happen to find them on the bed) and owners were quick to change rooms we found problems in the bathroom with water leakage.
Wonderful pool, beautiful landscape, very friendly staff (love for Alessandro and Mr. Enzo).
In relation to the amount paid, the stay was not satisfactory

La struttura merita ma molto di più , molte pecche pochi i preggi ma che in quei luoghi trovi quasi ovunque come la vista mare e gli alloggi confortevoli. Colazione e servizio colazione buoni ma sempre uguale. La signora alla reception ci ha riservato al momento del pagamento un supplemento di 9 Euro a persona giustificandosi che era stato un errore suo ma che non ci poteva fare nulla. In conclusione un soggiorno da dimenticare non per la location ma per un la poca accortezza e la poca professionalità nel gestire situazioni create da problematiche interne. Da non consigliare.
Reception nonexistent, approximate management as if they did you the favor. The structure deserves much more, many flaws but few the preggi but that in those places you can find almost everywhere such as the sea view and comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast and breakfast service but always the same. The lady at the reception gave us a supplement of 9 Euros per person at the time of payment, justifying that it was her mistake but that she could not do anything about it. In conclusion, a stay to forget not for the location but for a lack of care and lack of professionalism in managing situations created by internal problems. Not to be recommended.
