Il Sig. Pino è una persona molto affabile, ospitale e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.
La sua cucina è di ottima qualità: originalità negli accostamenti di prodotti locali e genuini e presentazione di gran gusto.
Non ama definirsi chef, lui é un "ristoratore" ed io sono pienamente d'accordo con lui. Ho trovato "Ristoro" e tornerò a trovarlo come ospite appena possibile.
Structure with essential comforts. Very clean.
Mr. Pino is a very affable person, hospitable and available in meeting our needs.
Its cuisine is of excellent quality: originality in the combinations of local and genuine products and presentation of great taste.
He doesn't like to call himself a chef, he is a "restaurateur" and I fully agree with him. I found "Ristoro" and will be back to see him as a guest as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience in the mountainside village of Terranova di Pollino. I took my sons to see the village where their great grandfather came from. 2 star Michelin chef Pino was our host. He cooked us a 5 course meal of the actual type of “peasant food” that our ancestors ate in the 1800s in 5is village. It was authentic and delicious. Thank you Pino for the great accommodations, yummy cuisine and warm welcome to Terranova.
