Hotel Mosaico

Perfect for my family! This Hotel in Ravenna Italy is very close to the Mirabilandia Park and the beach where we had a great time!

Perfectly placed with a car to discover Ravenna even by foot. Clean rooms of small size, nice breakfast but in a undersized room, so quickly noisy.

It was located within close driving to most sites, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were very nice, clean,and comfortable. It was a modern hotel and had a very nice breakfast.

Close to town centre. Nice staff. Large bedroom with comfy bed but tiny bathroom! Great breakfast. Good value. Will use it again.

Positives: Location - very good. Near the railway. Room: Big and clean, good beds. Bathroom big as well and good working shower. Parking space: Big enough. Check out: A very friendly lady helped us and gaves us good information about the Teodoric Tomb and asked us if we had a good stay. Negatives or improvements: Check in: The big man at the front desk was not really friendly, also not rude, but a bit austerely and that is not what my experience are in Italy. We said Buongorno or hello at first, normally he has to do that. He asked our names by: Nome, not ''what is your name sir', ''or can i get your name please''? Then he told us on a good way that we booked a single room, that was our mistake, OK. But he said ''no problem, booking is difficult**. That phrase is possible to interpretate on two ways: 1: It is Italian Humour that we don't understand maybe, or 2: It's just a sneer or a catty remark on a kind of polite way. Let's hope the first option. Then he said: It's booked to a double room and he mentioned the new price. Ok!. ''Wi-fi Code'' and Breakfast time and thanks and bye"' (he showed us) were the last four words. Better was: ''This is our Wi-fi code and this are the breakfast times''. And better was: ''I will wish you a nice stay and if you have questions, call us or come to our incheckdesk. In our country we check many Hotels and our experience is: Most of the people are not aware of the fact that they do something wrong or that their attitude is not good. So our advice is: Aware this man, about this improvements and try to change the way to communicate. In a short time you will see your reviews growing and growing.

Wall was thin and I could hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was decent. Walking distance to the attractions. Bar downstairs. Parking on site (free). Good for a price I paid for.

Nice clean hotel. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly. Rooms were modern and well laid out. Very happy with my stay.

Very cozy hotel close to Ravenna train station. Room was well distributed and equipped. Breakfast is well balanced and delicious. There is also bus station if in need. Several restaurants and cafes in the area. Definetely many places, landmarks to visit and enjoy.
