J	Jan Hassfurther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NOT a 3 star hotel;! It would be lucky to get a 1 star from any current rating entity. The hotel is in dire need of a major remodeling . the guest rooms STINK. They will not turn on the air conditioning for the rooms even when requested due to warm damp weather. The towels and sheets smell sour. The food service is barely edible. There is no sundries shop or happy hour. They provide no english newspapers and only have 2 english TV chanels. The front desk does not keep enough change for the snack machines. There is no business center, or fitness center. Staying at this hotel for a week was a miserable experience. Were it not for the GIS soccer camp, We would have checked out within minutes of seeing our room!

My boyfriend called from London to make sure they surprise me with flowers and they weren’t able to prepare that. The flowers arrived an hour after us. They tried to over charged him and when he complaint the manager of the hotel started screaming at him. Saying that “he broke their balls for 4 days about this” his language was out of tone and 0 respect to us. My boyfriend is from Pegli so I asume maybe the manager thought that being rude was going to be fine. We both live in London working in hospitality and we never saw anyone mistreating a customer like that. They made us feel so bad when they were the ones giving bad service and being rude to us. Apart from the bad actitude whenever they were “cleaning the room” they only just change the towels. The floor of the room was clearly damaged by water and it was very noisy to walk. They say they do massage sessions but I called and they told me straight away they don’t. So when you book in the hotel thinking they will have all this nice things they don’t. Even the pictures are far away for what the rooms actually look like. Breakfast is lower than bad. And the only nice thing they have is the view. They should change the management and they should refurbish the building. Because is not worth for almos £100 per night
D	David J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over 600 euros during my stay here which covered multiple nights. I was routinely treated with rudeness and disrespect by the staff at the front desk. They have arrogant attitudes in how they present to the customer. When I asked to use the computer, they acted like it was a major inconvenience. They put me off saying I needed to wait while they finished their work up. When I stood at the front desk trying to see what they were doing as to what they claimed, I witnessed two of the staff eating at their desks in the back where the computer was and not doing work at all putting me off w/cruelty, selfishness and lying ignoring me as a customer. The breakfast was mediocre w/very little choices. The room was unbearably hot in April with no air conditioning even though it showed on my booking site the room came with air conditioning which was a lie. The train goes right behind the hotel, and many times during the day, you can hear it passing which is very loud. The room itself was very small in size. The area the hotel is located in is not very clean, especially near the water. Trash is thrown all over the ground and sketchy characters are hanging out near the bus stops. I would never stay here again due to my experience.

On suite bathrooms that are clean. Directly opposite the beach and the better part of the city. They have a private pool and beach strip across the street, really relaxing.

The parking was full but the staff offered to keep the car keys and park the car when there was a place. The rooms are old but more than enough if you are just visiting Genoa or going to the beach
