S	Sheila Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1st day was rough. A.C and WiFi weren't working and eventually we changed rooms. There is not much to their breakfast neither but It was a great location with friendly staff.

f	franco paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this property in July. Owner went out of his way for me any my girlfriend. Staff was wonderful. Restaurant was great. 2 minutes to the beach. Had a suite with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. This place is over the top awesome. Can’t wait to stay there again ever summer.

Waiters don't speak even a little English and absolutely don't care. They didn't bring half the food we ordered and waiter was visibly annoyed we tried to ask for it. In the end I gave up and left hungry, which should be a shame to any place that serves food. Strange attitude towards willingly paying customers, in my opinion.

Between the hotel and the beach, only a small walking road. Amazing location. The people, are even better than the hotel. The staff had transform the hotel in my home. I spent 2 weeks, in the hotel, and after 5 days, I was felling like I was in my home, with friend's. From the breakfast till the reception, without forget the cleaning service team, all the people make you feel like a friend, and not like a normal guest. People that make the difference, can add one start to hotel..6 starts for the staff..or better...6 starts for my friend's..
A	Amy Farnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been disappointed at the price in comparison to its offerings it claims to have - there are lots of things listed on google maps and on the website that are no longer offered but are advertised that they are offered - there is no AC, wasps trying to get in our room so we close the window but no AC, there is no available pool even though they advertise 2 pools, no spa facilities or gym, there was no taxi from the airport even though we requested one when booking, and ended up paying 25€ for one on our own. I will say the view from our room is nice, it is comfortable, everything is clean, but a hotel should not offer rooms at the same price if no amenities are available as offered!!! And please take down pool photos and dont advertise that you have a pool if when we get here we cannot use it!
