★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the places in Italy I've been to, this is the worst. The concept of service is absolutely absent. The waiters are untrained, the owner of the place does not care.
We ordered 3 servings of which we ate only one and paid for everything. And the reason is that we didn't get the Cutlery by the second serve. The waiter said that now they will bring and disappeared for 7 minutes, when the dishes were already cold.
On your request to return the money, we were refused, saying that we are to blame. This is absolute nonsense in rejecting guests and foreigners, I strongly do not recommend this place. ( attached a photo where we were served one spoon for two people to the second serving with lobster)
