Rating just their restaurant. We didn't stay at the hotel. The restaurant has a beautiful view but that's it. We ordered 4 different meals and all were horrible. Overcooked pastas with sauces that tasted like something out of a jar or can. I has one bite and that was it. Left hungry and very disappointed.

The restaurant with the BEST terrace in town. The outdoor terrace is right on the water! The food is not expensive (spaghetti alla bolognese for 8€) and very good! We went there on a Sunday at peak lunch time and we only had to wait for a couple of minutes for a table. I really recommend it to everybody visiting Malcesine.

The price to quality ratio was amazing! The hotel rooms were tidy and had a great view of Garda Lake. The hotel had it's own restaurant which was open to the public and hotel guests recieve 10% off from the restaurant. They had a waterfront lake entrance with a lakeside terrace and around fifteen lounge chairs with umbrellas. The hotel is situated in the middle of the city. It is a short walk to the castle of Malcesine and endless bars, restaurants, and stores. The food in the hotels restaurants for guests was also yummy! For breakfast they had a buffet with the normal Itlian foods (cheeses, meats, breads, yogurts, croissants, and sausages etc.) Aswell as a juice machine and a good quality coffee machine with different coffee options. For dinner they had a salad bar and a two course dinner where you choose which food you'd like for the next evening. And for dessert they always had something delicious available. They also have a bar with the typical drinks available for a great price. For activities I'd highly recommend to visit Limone. There is a ferry nearby for 9 euros there and back. (7 euros on Tuesdays). You can also rent your own boat without a license for 60-75 Euros per hour. (A must do activity!)The one negative is the matter of parking. They do not have a designated parking spot for guests so you have to find and pay for your own spot somewhere in the city. I'd recommend to park directly at the road beside the hotel. It costs 1.40 euros per hour from 8am- 8pm. All in all a great typical Itlian hotel in the middle of the beautiful city of Malcesine!

View was amazing. Celiac sufferer, could get a desert which was a great thing. Fish was good although other seafood wasnt anything special. Spaghetti was perfecto. Pizzas were delivered to wrong persons so i assume not the most careful staff.

We had a nice reasonably priced meal here in the Hotel's restarant on our second night in Malcesine. As we were pleased with our first visit, we visited again two nights later, at the same time (8.45). On arrival we were greeted by a waiter who then went into the kitchen. On returning he told us that the kitchen was closed as "there was no people". On looking around we could see that there were many tables occupied by diners still eating, contrary to what he said. It's not very nice to be turned away having entered an open restarant. I presume the restarant has opening hours. If they do they should stick to them and not close at a whim. 8.45pm is very early to close when there are plenty of other restarants nearby.

It's a lovely hotel right on the lake front, with a beautiful terrace restaurant bar that you can see in the photo. You can't get many better locations on the lake (I've been coming to/living at the lake for 20 years) - and it's right next to the little port in the centre of town, but fortunately it's not noisy. The food is pretty good (but the snacks aren't made on site, so make if that what you will....and the breakfast.... Is really bad, unfortunately), though do venture to some of the great restaurants tucked away in the little side streets for the best food (the more touristy restaurants don't have as good food, as you'd expect). The bedrooms are decent and facilities are good. Sun loungers are available in the terrace, which hangs over the lake. There's no pool but that's didn't matter a great deal as you can go directly into the lake from the terrace! Staff are friendly and efficient in both the hotel and restaurant.

We went to the pizzeria for dinner, very friendly staff and good food for fair prices! Nothing to complain about. They also make small meals for children when asking. The terrace is located directly by the lake. Reservation during high season is recommended.

Absolutely loved this place, hotel location was perfect, 5min away from bus stop, supermarket, ferry service, right next to Main Street of the town, food in the restaurant was delicious, prices very reasonable, plus 10% discount if you’re staying in the hotel. View from the sun terrace spectacular, you can swim right there, AC in the room ??, continental breakfast and overall amazing stay. The only thing I wish that there was fridge in the room. Absolutely recommend this hotel, you won’t regret, and the town it self is a gem.
