★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Room was a bit small, had the Standard doubleroom. But quiet and comfortable. The Best Continental breakfast so far in sicily. Nice Promenade with good Restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff earned a star here! Claims to be 4 star but nowhere near. Can't get food or drink (Inc water or coffee ) between 10 and 3. Our room was at the end of the corridor which meant water barely made it out the facet. Food was average to poor and that was from a set menu 24 hours in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel but it was a pity the pool wasn't open. The weather was glorious. However, the pool is not available until May. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is very clean and there is a good choice of food for the buffet breakfast. The evening meal is waiter/waitress service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is disappointing. They said it's a beautique hotel.. How wrong they are, rooms basic not like in the picture , the pool is packed and the beds pretty much touching each other.. What happened to self distancing...the place is heaving.. Hardly anyone wears a mask. They obviously do not take COVID19 seriously enough..Breakfast is v good.. I'm sitting here in my hotel room with music so loud from the street..They also have a very good photographer.. As the picture of this place is not what's it seems. Its not worth the money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting more from 4 stars hotel and expecially for this price. Rooms are average, the toiled and shower is old, not for the 4stars hotel definitely. Breakfast is good, and personality is fabulous. Location is also great. If you want to use wellness you have to pay for it, not included in the price of room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel stuff! Wifi didn't work, shower head did let water through so it was impossible to use it even. Had to sit hours without electricity and they promised to send somebody to check it which didn't happen. Absolutely horrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower is broken. After fixing same shower is broken. Wifi they promise, that you dont get. Bathroom is dirty and sink smells horrible. 1-star hotel, stay away
