A	Andrea Milana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms, great service, lovely location and friendly stuff. Although my holiday break was disturbed by the strict rules and regulations of the hotel, like: you cannot have a club sandwich by your pool seating area, instead you must have it at the bar/restaurant seating area, the gardner noisy edge work when I would have rather relax and the serious problem with wasps and flies by the buffet area. I was tempted to rate it a 3 stars I went for 4 hoping things will improve.
F	Federico De Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been here with our family and we're too satisfied. the place itself is very nice and could be an amazing place but unfortunately it is not well maintained both in the structure and services (towels of the swimming pool were all broken), Wi-fi is not working (probably was better the old 56kb/s), beach was not properly cleaned etc. Furthermore they left kids playing and shouting all the time in the adults swimming pool, while there a kids pool for them.. only positive side was the personnel which is very welcoming, friendly and helpfull.
N	Neil Goodenough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly a 5 star hotel that has run into some hard times; a queen whose crown has slipped. There are many parts that appear unused and dilapidated, grounds that were once beautiful now barely maintained with dried up fountains and broken floodlights and a general air of trying to keep costs down. Having said that, the parts that are looked after are of a very high standard, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is very good (though the buffet breakfast became a bit samey after a few days). The indoor and outdoor pools are great, the gym modern and well equipped and the spa enjoyable. The bus service to the hotel's own beach was not running however. A hire car is essential; the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The bonus (in Sep '13), was a hotel practically to ourselves! Overall, an unusual but pleasant hotel.
S	S Garance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 5 star hotel I visited this place 8 years ago when it was under the Kempinski ownership. It was incredible. It is now owned by Radisson. The difference is shocking. We arrived - no one to help with bags. The restaurant apparently had closed (late flight so arrived at 10pm) so when I asked where we could eat - they said we could have something brought to our room. I happily said yes but when I asked for the room service menu, the said that there was no choice but a plate of food would be brought up. A couple of slices of ham and cheese were brought to our room with some bread. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade - dirty walls, loos by pool are in terrible state with walls missing paint and just generally look old. Staff are very average - at 2pm we asked if we could have some food by pool - they said lunch had closed so brought the “snack menu” which comprised five sandwiches. When I asked if we could have a salad, rude waiter said yes but only in the lobby. Breakfast - no one was there to take order, waiters not attentive and food very average. This is not a 5 star hotel! Don’t be fooled!
M	Mike Tommasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant resort with large comfortable rooms and a large pool area. Restaurant pretty good, a little pricy, food not exciting but good. Boring wine list. Service polite and efficient but a little too fast - first course came 1 minute after being served pre-dinner drinks. Good breakfast (rare in Italy). This resort could be perfect, the kind of place that wows you and you tell friends about. Except for the details, due to mediocre management. When you arrive nobody comes out to help with bags or parking. At the pool, nobody comes to find you a place ir hand you some towels, you must go ask for them. Wifi is slow and mostly unusable. On the first night a wedding was going on, which did not bother us,... until 2 in the morning when we jumped out of our beds due to loud explosions and flashes that turned out to be a fireworks show. No warning given. And at 2am! Nobody could have slept through that racket. Completely insane!
