D	DamDam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi dispiace molto dare questa recensione perché il personale è fantastico, molto educato simpatico e disponibile ma l'hotel è in decadenza sotto vari aspetti. Voglio iniziare con una premessa enorme, per quanto si una struttura piccola è infattibile gestire un hotel in alta stagione in 3 persone... Detto questo, partiamo dalla pulizia con tutto l'impegno possibile , le stanze non sono il top della pulizia, ho trovato il bagno non proprio pulito. Colazione, improponibile purtroppo. Nessuno in saletta, decisamente poco varia , salato quasi inesistente, torte , brioches ecc.. lì da almeno 3 giorni...diventate dure. Nella stessa sala colazioni ci sono gli stendini con gli asciugamani delle camere. Posizione ottima in compenso e prezzo tutto sommato più che onesto. RIPETO ci tengo molto a sottolineare che LO STAFF è stato stupendo, Mauro ogni mattina ci offriva il caffè ed è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. NON È COLPA loro se si trovano a lavorare male, gestiscono anche un secondo hotel , l'hotel Jolie dove pare ci sia del personale a differenza di quest'ultimo, insomma se volete tenere aperti due hotel è il caso di avere il personale , i dettagli sono tanti ai quali non riuscite a stare dietro ..siete pur sempre un hotel 3 stelle. Un saluto Unfortunately I am very sorry to give this review because the staff are fantastic, very polite personable and helpful but the hotel is in decline in many respects. I want to start with a huge premise, although a small structure is indeed possible to manage a hotel in high season in 3 people ... Having said that, let's start with cleaning with all the possible effort, the rooms are not the top of cleaning, I found the bathroom not exactly clean. Breakfast, unfortunately impossible. No one in the room, decidedly not very varied, almost non-existent salty, cakes, brioches etc .. there for at least 3 days ... become hard. In the same breakfast room there are the drying racks with the towels of the rooms. Excellent location on the other hand and the price all in all more than fair. I REPEAT I really want to underline that THE STAFF was wonderful, Mauro offered us coffee every morning and was always friendly and helpful. It is NOT their fault if they find themselves working badly, they also manage a second hotel, the Jolie hotel where there seems to be staff unlike the latter, in short, if you want to keep two hotels open it is necessary to have the staff, there are so many details that you can't keep up with .. you are still a 3-star hotel. Maria & Paolo, the owners, are a very nice and hard working couple running the hotel with the help of their kids and of Sandra and Gigi. We have only pleasant memories, positive feedback to Paolo & Maria, and do recommend this hotel. Breakfasts are budget, but everything was tasty. Free Wi-Fi. Our room was very nice, not big, but comfortable and sunny. Location is very good: not on the crowded street but close to everything: the sea, the stores and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to the central, oldest part of Rimini. 5 min walk to the beach. Good value for the money.

We arrived to stay just one night, as we had a great location and view of the sea and we felt great, stayed a day more. I highly recommend.
