★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a five-star hotel the reception and courtesy I was greeted with was not what I expected. While I did arrive early (11am), (they free up rooms at 2pm) the first advice the receptionist gave me was to take a tour and come back later (outside is raining). Sometimes it takes just so little to make a customer feel comfortable and welcome. This was not certainly my case here today.
I have not even started my stay but a few words and a lack of attention and courtesy have already tainted my expectations for this experience. I look forward to be wrong for the rest of my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on September 19, we were only in this hotel and nowhere else for 4 nights. We had bedbugs. Room 304. The Hotel denied that this happened, although we saw the bed bugs the last night we spend there. Horrible!! The walls are as thin as paper, you will hear everything from the neighbors as if they're standing just next to you.
But a wonderful restaurant, truly. I recommend taking any other good hotel, and visit the restaurant for lunch or dinner only. Btw, the beach costs 125€/day in summer and 95€/day in September as we were told, even if you have a room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. I recently went for a work function and it is an incredibly stunning place. The food was spectacular and the beach was gorgeous. This is an older hotel so some oddities like the enormous panel of light switches in the rooms and lack of outlets was expected. The only complaints I had were that I went to the wellness spa but was not told there was a charge. It was listed with the other amenities such as pool and beach and made no mention of extra cost, nor did the spa girls tell me on my way in so it was a shock to be charged 25£ on my way out. I would have stayed longer had I known. Also the staff is incredibly hardworking I was amazed, the same staff serving us breakfast at 8 am was serving us dinner at midnight and did an excellent job at all points. I'd recommend this place for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lunch of two gnocchi with Lobster sauce and half a bottle of Lugana at a cost of €52.
You don’t expect a five star hotel to be inexpensive but you do expect the food to be excellent.
It wasn't. The gnocchi were lumpy, not delicate and the sauce was predominantly tomato with a few pieces of lobster on top. No flavour of the lobster at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Rimini during February for AMCLI, so it was a business trip. My room was comfortable, the interior was modern. I had breakfast twice there and was convinced. The fruits were freshly prepared and the warm foods at the buffet were never out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, Magnificent, Elegant Historical Hotel. A stunning must see masterpiece. Great spot for photos. We only took a walking tour of Fellini sites in the hotel and garden. Well worth a 10 minute visit.
