P	Paul Higgs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and rude staff. Being obvious Australia tourists, we were polite and tried our best Italian. After waiting an hour and a 20 minutes for 2 basic pizza's we asked the waiter how long we would need to wait for the pizzas. They came to us 10 Mins later with the pizza toppings Poured deliberately in 3 seperate and deliberate piles on the pizza. A disgrace to the pizza chef, I'm sure you have more pride in your work. Your should have more respect for people who travel to enjoy the beautiful food Italy is famous for.

Firstly, this is a family run business and the pride of ownership is evident throughout all the facets of the building. The cleanliness of the rooms is on par with 5 star facility's in mega cities! Located in a beautiful country setting, overlooking the Calabrian coast the views truly take your breath away. Customer service is 10/10!! This is true Calabrian hospitality at its best! If your looking for a serene, tranquil stay, away from the big city hustle... It doesn't get Better than this...

You can ask if you need to have breakfast earlier or if you prefer to eat something different from what they offer. In fact, one thing I would suggest to improve is how breakfast is served. There is no buffet, you are served directly at the table with several dishes of fruit and sweet pastries. You can ask for a cappuccino or other drinks but there is not offer of savoury breakfast. I am sure that if you ask, they will bring you what they have, as they are very attentive to their clients, but I think it would be easier to have a buffet and let guests serve themselves. A part from this, I enjoyed my stay and I really loved the big rooms and the view you can have from there. Location is top and I would go back!

Our two young children ordered pizza and waited 45 minutes to get their food, after we complained. Don’t go there! We had a very bad experience.
