Il venerdì sono partiti, arrivati là mi chiamano dicendo che la signora non aveva ricevuto nessuna chiamata e nessuna prenotazione. Ho telefonato alla signora facendo presente il giorno che avevo prenotato, lei in malo modo mi ha risposto che ciò non era così, al che le ho risposto che avrebbero dovuto mettere qualcuno di competente al centralino, lei ha chiuso la telefonata. Complimenti alla struttura!!! I booked a double room in the week for my mother and her partner. On Friday they left, arrived there they call me saying that the lady had not received any calls and no reservations. I phoned the lady pointing out the day I had booked, she rudely replied that this was not the case, to which I replied that they should have put someone competent at the switchboard, she closed the call. Congratulations to the structure !!!

Il titolare ci accoglie molto gentilmente, aiutandoci anche a portare le valigie in camera, che risulta in realtà un appartamentino fornito di salotto con angolo cottura e balcone vista montagna, antibagno e ampio bagno e una camera da letto spaziosa dotata di finestra vista città. La colazione, servita in orari molto comodi (8-10:30) è davvero completa e assortita di parecchie cose, alcune prodotte da loro stessi. Il titolare è stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile a venirci incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta/esigenza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Consigliatissimo! Very nice and central hotel, just a few minutes from the famous San Filippo thermal baths. The owner welcomes us very kindly, also helping us to carry our suitcases to the room, which actually turns out to be a small apartment with a living room with kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the mountain, a bathroom and a large bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a window overlooking the city. The breakfast, served at very comfortable times (8-10: 30) is really complete and assorted with several things, some produced by themselves. The owner was always very courteous and willing to meet all our requests / needs. The value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!
L	Luigi Maga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per valuterei questa struttura bisogna fare due precisazioni: ok la gentilezza dei proprietari e la colazione, ma camera spartana, molto calda e priva di areazione e soprattutto casino fino alla mezzanotte. Una struttura non da tre stelle!!! Un profumo della struttura da ospizio. Non è per cattiveria sono quei profumi della nonna. To evaluate this structure, two clarifications must be made: ok the kindness of the owners and the breakfast, but a spartan room, very warm and without ventilation and above all casino until midnight. Not a three-star hotel !!! A perfume of the hospice structure. It is not for malice are those perfumes of the grandmother.

Walter e la moglie, oltre che essere sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, ci hanno consigliato e suggerito locali attività rendendo la vacanza a monte Amiata perfetta. Le camere erano accoglienti e pulitissime, e in questo periodo di Covid 19, la struttura mi ha fatto sentire rassicurato. Buona la colazione, fresca ed abbondante. Dimenticavo, prezzi della camera veramente modici, consigliatissimo We spent a long weekend at this property and we were pampered by the managers until the last minute before departure. Walter and his wife, as well as being always available for our every need, have recommended and suggested local activities making the holiday upstream Amiata perfect. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and during this time of Covid 19, the facility made me feel reassured. Good breakfast, fresh and abundant. I forgot, really modest room prices, highly recommended

Ci hanno informati su gli eventi e luoghi della zona. Pleasant accommodation. Spotless rooms. You feel like at home. Very kind owners and available for any request. They informed us about the events and places in the area.

Non do il massimo perché nella camera in cui alloggiavamo sentivamo rumori sia esterni (dalla strada) che interni. Peccato. Very kind and super helpful owners, lots of choice for breakfast with various lactose-free homemade cakes. I don't give my best because in the room we stayed in we could hear both external (from the street) and internal noises. Pity.
A	Alessio Guiggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrale ma decisamente anacronistico. E' lì dagli anni '60...ed agli anni '60 è rimasto. Le camere ed i bagni, seppur puliti, hanno un arredamento antiquato e molto approssimativo. Nel 2022 non si può proporre una struttura ricettiva così. Arredamento fuori epoca, infissi obsoleti e non insonorizzati, materassi troppo morbidi, letti in metallo singoli accoppiati che cigolano al minimo movimento, vecchio scaldabagno con allacci a vista, impianto elettrico inadeguato con uso massiccio di prese triple, nessuna mensola in bagno, cassetti avvolgibili deformati e scrostati, parti di impianto idraulico esterno. Insomma...tutto è assolutamente inattuale. Di contro il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, la colazione è discreta (non c'è molta varietà ma è abbondante) ed encomiabile è l'accettazione di cani anche di grossa taglia. Per chi viaggia in auto la possibilità di parcheggio è molto scarsa nelle vicinanze. Central but definitely anachronistic. It has been there since the 60s ... and has remained in the 60s. The rooms and bathrooms, although clean, have an outdated and very rough decor. In 2022, such an accommodation facility cannot be proposed. Outdated furniture, obsolete and not soundproofed fixtures, mattresses that are too soft, single metal beds that creak at the slightest movement, old water heater with exposed connections, inadequate electrical system with massive use of triple sockets, no shelves in the bathroom, deformed roll-up drawers and peeling, parts of external plumbing. In short ... everything is absolutely out of date. On the other hand, the staff is very courteous and helpful, the breakfast is decent (there is not much variety but it is plentiful) and the acceptance of even large dogs is commendable. For those traveling by car, the possibility of parking is very limited in the vicinity.
