 Simple but hearted hotel! Friendly and attentive staff on all fronts ... The pool corner with surrounding garden is also very nice .. Priceless tranquility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a fine Agosto in 17 persone. Posto incantevole, personale gentilissimo soprattutto Tiziana...pulito..ordinato.
Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti.
We stayed for a week at the end of August in 17 people. Lovely place, very kind staff especially Tiziana ... clean .. tidy.
We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura ben tenuta, ottima pulizia e gentilezza della proprietaria Monica. Vicinissimo ai bagni San Filippo. Il vero re della struttura è “Muffin” il gatto.
Well maintained facility, excellent cleanliness and kindness of the owner Monica. Very close to the San Filippo baths. The real king of the structure is "Muffin" the cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietaria molto scortese, buona struttura ma datata, colazione essenziale, camere non curate: il bagno aveva solo un punto luce nella specchiera e in camera non erano presenti le tende quindi costretta a chiudere le persiane per avere un pò privacy. Pulizia generale ottima.
Very rude owner, good structure but dated, basic breakfast, uncared for rooms: the bathroom had only a light point in the mirror and there were no curtains in the room so she was forced to close the shutters to have some privacy. Excellent general cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacevole Albergo immerso nel verde, con un bel giardino fiorito davanti ed anche un comodo parcheggio privato. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Ricca colazione, nella quale offrono anche un po' di dolci fatti da loro, molto buoni. Il centro del paese di Abbadia si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata. Al ritorno, non ci è mancato un po' di relax nella bella piscina a disposizione degli ospiti dell'albergo!
Pleasant hotel surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful flower garden in front and also a convenient private parking. Very kind and welcoming staff. Rich breakfast, in which they also offer some desserts made by them, very good. The center of the village of Abbadia can be reached with a short walk. On our return, we did not miss a bit of relaxation in the beautiful swimming pool available to hotel guests!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati veramente bene durante la nostra settimana di soggiorno all hotel erosa. Camera spaziosa e pulita, anche se l illuminazione sarebbe da migliorare. Cordialità del personale, ampia hall, piacevole la piscina riscaldata all aperto nel giardino.

We really enjoyed our week of stay at the eroded hotel. Spacious and clean room, although lighting needs improvement. Friendliness of the staff, large hall, pleasant outdoor heated swimming pool in the garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was OK given the price range. There was quite some mold in the bedroom, but as it wasn't too hot the windows could be opened. The staff did not speak English very well, but they tried. I found it a little strange, that they requested the room key to be left on the property while being in the area around - so I did not fulfill this request. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and your expectations are rather low this place should be OK. I wouldn't stay here for a longer time though.
