G	Giuseppe Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e una volta fatto il check-in siamo andati in camera. Abbiamo trovato una camera completamente sporca, capelli e peli da tutte le parti. Non ho neanche poggiato i bagagli, ho chiamato il ragazzo della reception per fargli vedere la situazione. Una volta giunto in camera e costatato la sporcizia non ha detto nulla limitandosi a chiedere scusa dicendo di non essere responsabile di quanto successo. Non mi è stata proposta un’altra sistemazione probabilmente perché lo stato che ho trovato è lo standard di questa struttura. Sono rimasto senza parole soprattutto considerando che in questo periodo la pulizia di base e la santificazione dovrebbero essere una prerogativa necessaria. Avendo deciso di non pernottare siamo andati via e abbiamo trovato un’altra sistemazione la sera stessa. Abbiamo chiesto di annullare la prenotazione e stamattina ci hanno addebitato il soggiorno con causale “mancato arrivo”. Il mio errore è stato quello di non fare nessuna foto alla stanza e quindi di non potermi rivalere con il portale utilizzato per prenotare. Diffidate da questa struttura sia per le condizioni descritte sia per l’assoluta maleducazione del personale. We arrived late in the evening and once we checked in we went to our room. We found a completely dirty room, hair and hair all over the place. I didn't even put my bags down, I called the reception guy to show him the situation. Once he arrived in the room and noticed the dirt he did not say anything but merely apologized saying that he was not responsible for what happened. I was not offered another accommodation probably because the state I found is the standard of this structure. I was speechless especially considering that in this period basic cleansing and sanctification should be a necessary prerogative. Having decided not to stay overnight, we left and found another accommodation the same evening. We asked to cancel the reservation and this morning we were charged for the stay with the reason for "no show". My mistake was not to take any pictures of the room and therefore not to be able to retaliate with the portal used to book. Be wary of this structure both for the conditions described and for the absolute rudeness of the staff.
A	Alfio Bellardita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, ma il servizio di confort è pulizia lascia a desiderare, purtroppo x i prezzi adottati non ci sono le condizioni. Migliorate la pulizia e le efficienze delle stanze. Abbiate più cura della struttura. E siate più chiari nei preaccordi, non è bello avere sorprese inaspettate.. The staff are very courteous and helpful, but the comfort and cleanliness service leaves something to be desired, unfortunately there are no conditions for the prices adopted. Improve room cleanliness and efficiencies. Take better care of the structure. And be clearer in the pre-agreements, it's not nice to have unexpected surprises ..

Ascensore e soffitto dei corridoi,in polistirolo, nel proprio senso della parola e pure sporco. Assenza di scale interne. La ragazza del check out era pure maleducata che manco il buongiorno l ha dato. Se avessi visto prima le recensione di google di sicuro non l avrei prenotato. If I could I would put 0 for teasing. We booked a 4 star hotel and ended up with a 2 maybe. Elevator and corridor ceiling, in polystyrene, in the proper sense of the word and dirty too. Absence of internal stairs. The check out girl was also rude that I miss a good morning. If I had seen the google reviews before for sure I would not have booked it.
C	Carlotta Bertoldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sin dal primo giorno l’accoglienza non è stata il massimo: personale scortese, check-in dopo le 16.00, per una bottiglia d’acqua ci hanno chiesto di aspettare 20 minuti, nessun consiglio su ristoranti spiaggia e nessun aiuto nel prenotare taxi o scooter ( Tranne il signor Concetto che si è rivelato l’unico disposto ad aiutarci nella ricerca di uno scooter o di un trasporto essendo che l’hotel non è vicino al mare). Camere accettabili e abbastanza pulite, aparte il fatto che entravano in camera e ci ritrovavamo il condizionatore acceso a 16 gradi. sconsigliato per una vacanza di relax from the first day the welcome was not the best: rude staff, check-in after 16.00, for a bottle of water they asked us to wait 20 minutes, no advice on beach restaurants and no help in booking taxis or scooters (Except Mr. Concept who turned out to be the only one willing to help us in the search for a scooter or a transport since the hotel is not near the sea). Acceptable and fairly clean rooms, apart from the fact that they went into the room and we found the air conditioner turned on at 16 degrees. not recommended for a relaxing holiday
