L'operatore che mi ha risposto, alla fine non mi ha potuta aiutare, ma è stato gentilissimo per tutta la telefonata, rispondendo con chiarezza a tutte le domande che gli ho fatto e non dandomi mai l'impressione di essere di disturbo. Se si comportano così bene con chi non ha un conto presso la loro banca, non riesco ad immaginare la loro cordialità con i clienti!
 I am not a customer, but I called this bank to receive information on a foreign transfer that I had the urgency to do. The operator who answered me in the end could not help me, but he was very kind throughout the phone call, clearly answering all the questions I asked him and never giving me the impression of being disturbing. If they behave so well with those who don't have an account with their bank, I can't imagine their friendliness with the customers!
