Camera con qualche punto da migliorare (doccia, acustica, posizione armadio all'ombra del lampadario) . Piscina e ristorante a disposizione. Sicuramente da riprovare. Direi bene Extraordinary location, large corner balcony, valley below and sea on the horizon. Room with some points to improve (shower, acoustics, closet position in the shade of the chandelier). Swimming pool and restaurant available. Definitely to try again. I would say good

Personale cortese disponibile ed educato(nonostante la stagione volgesse al termine). Camera grande e bagno un po' piccolo secondo me. Wonderful place, breakfast on the terrace with an unforgettable panoramic view. Friendly, helpful and polite staff (despite the season coming to an end). Large room and bathroom a bit small in my opinion.

Immerso tra gli ulivi e la campagna in cima alle colline dalla terrazza si vede il mare in lontananza raggiungibile in macchina. Stanchi dal viaggio decidiamo di fermarci a cena a ristorante terrazza panoramica, cibo ottimo e di qualità cucinato con amore. La simpatia e la cordialità di Ilenia danno un punto in più a tutto. La camera spaziosa con terrazza, letto comodo e immerso nel silenzio si sente solo il rumore delle cicale. La cortesia di Serena al ricevimento sin dal primo istante che ha risposto al telefono è stata incomparabile. Team di persone giovani sempre con il sorriso sul volto mai una risposta brusca. Dulcis in fundo il ristornate a bordo piscina dove operano Ilenia con suo marito pizza da 10 e lode olive ascolane e arrosticini di ptima qualità. A volte il caso è la miglior soluzione...Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi !!! COMPLIMENTI They returned to see the stars .... after a truly traumatic experience in Numana we decided to go to San Benedetto area of our heart ... we came across this wonderful place by chance. Surrounded by olive trees and the countryside on top of the hills from the terrace you can see the sea in the distance reachable by car. Tired from the journey we decide to stop for dinner at a panoramic terrace restaurant, excellent quality food cooked with love. Ilenia's sympathy and cordiality give an extra point to everything. The spacious room with terrace, comfortable bed and immersed in silence you can hear only the sound of cicadas. Serena's courtesy at the reception from the first moment she answered the phone was incomparable. Team of young people always with a smile on their face never an abrupt response. Last but not least, the restaurant by the pool where Ilenia and her husband operate 10 and praise pizza, Ascoli olives and top quality kebabs. Sometimes chance is the best solution ... We will definitely come back to see you !!! CONGRATULATIONS
S	Sylvia Salden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij verbleven in het appartement en wij hebben er een fantastische tijd gehad. Het appartement was perfect om met 2 kleine kinderen te verblijven. We hadden een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Het appartement was heel erg proper en we mochten ook van alle faciliteiten van het hotel gebruik maken. Zo konden wij ook gaan zwemmen en ontbijten. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. We genoten van de rust nabij het appartement. Anderzijds waren we ook vrij snel aan de zee of in het centrum van Ripatransone. Een ideale vakantie met veel afwisseling dus. Een absolute aanrader! We stayed in the apartment and we had a fantastic time. The apartment was perfect to stay with 2 small children. We had a beautiful view over the hills. The apartment was very clean and we were allowed to use all the facilities of the hotel. We could also go swimming and have breakfast. The staff are super friendly. We enjoyed the tranquility near the apartment. On the other hand, we were also quite quickly at the sea or in the center of Ripatransone. An ideal holiday with lots of variety. An absolute must!
M	Marco Lesti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati last minute per un inconveniente in un altra struttura, Serena del ricevimento è stata fin da subito super accogliente e professionale con noi, concedendoci la possibilità di cenare nella terrazza panoramica dell'hotel anche se eravamo arrivati tardi. Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla valle, sempre lì abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione, sempre abbondante e variegata. La camera che abbiamo avuto è spaziosa con un grande terrazzo che da sul viale di accesso. L'hotel è il posto giusto per chi vuole la pace e il silenzio, immerso nel verde è a solo 10 minuti in auto dal mare di Cupra. Incluso nel soggiorno anche l'uso piscina, dove la sera si può mangiare una pizza a lievitazione naturale e degli arrosticini di primissima qualità serviti da Ilenia e suo marito. Grazie di cuore, ci avete tutti fatto sentire a casa, siete stati sempre sul pezzo, complimenti davvero, non vedo l'ora di tornare a trovarvi! Arrived last minute due to an inconvenience in another structure, Serena from the reception was immediately super welcoming and professional with us, giving us the opportunity to dine on the panoramic terrace of the hotel even if we had arrived late. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, always there we enjoyed breakfast, always abundant and varied. The room we had is spacious with a large terrace overlooking the driveway. The hotel is the right place for those who want peace and silence, surrounded by greenery it is only 10 minutes by car from the sea of Cupra. Also included in the living room is the use of the swimming pool, where in the evening you can eat a naturally leavened pizza and top quality kebabs served by Ilenia and her husband. Thank you very much, you all made us feel at home, you have always been on the spot, congratulations indeed, I can't wait to visit you again!
I	IGNA VLAD SORIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because the pics about the place are totaly different and the food is poor just so you all know the quality and if you sit up or down on the beds to hard some of the boards will fall out (this happened to me and my friend) the place is also dirty and filled with bugs i had to kill three in total and the bugs are big that i had to kill also the room maids didnt keep our room clean or come in enough they also didnt change out the sheets they just put the dirty ones back on the bed

Extra small room, as the bathroom, as the shower. A bit noisy, also AC quite annoying when it starts. Bed creaking badly all the time. Some of the staff have not the feeling they are hosting guests...
