★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please not my fail ! The even worst all inclusive hotel where I were! Any food choice, for everything you must to.pay extra also for WiFi. In alkohol also any choice. Rooms are not rally clean, the balcony really small , and also not every neccessery stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with my husband and children August 2020 for 4 nights. Had the most fantastic stay! The pool is so clean and well attended, lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helped with anything we asked, they all speak really good English. The entertainment team, Rudi, Frederica and Marco especially go above and beyond to make it fun and enjoyable day and night. The food was varied and delicious and the all inclusive drinks certainly do the job! We have had the most amazing time here and we will definitely be back!

*Hotel stuff, rood not reacting in complains, they not working for guest, taking money and there's them iterest ending. This hotel far away from 4 star's, even can't give 2 stars. You need pay for internet, they not providing this for free. No drinking water in rooms.
* Food, terrible. If you eating pasta with fish it means pasta with bones and skin in. All meniu are so poor, breakfast you geting eggs and sandwiches thats it.
* Room service, very bad, not good cleaning, changing sheeds never per your stay here.
* We getted room with big sounds, hotel asked extra to pay for change the room. In all halways leaking water from sealings, very bad situation there.
* Covid reguliations not existing here, in hotel by the weekend getting so busy by locals. Not possible to keep space. Hotel stuff wearing masks with nose out. Crowded eating place, till they putting food in plates by them self. When I asked put normal mask on they are rood and not want that. If you asking for more food they also not happy about that.
Advice for them, hotel need to think about guests, change them meniu, food serving strategies, pay atention in covid reguliation by the situation in reality not jus't in protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whole stay in Hopps Hotel was amazing! Food, professionalism of the crew and what most important - animations! Khaled is the animator that everyone should be very grateful to have! Gave us so much energy during our stay that I couldn't even imagine, for sure it wouldn't be the same without him.
I can honestly say that staying in Mazara del Vallo in Hopps hotel was the best time I've had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds hard. Shower very cramped. Management staff unhelpful. Entertainment and bar staff excellent very friendly. Cleaning staff also excellent rooms spotlessly clean. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this as a four star hotel. Pool staff excellent pool very good and clean. Oh yes food only warm
