★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 5 nights during the Maratona dles Dolomites 2019 and it is a fantastic hotel! It's very clean, appears recently renovated, has a great location and friendly staff. Initially I was apprehensive about paying for half-board (breakfast/dinner everyday) but after the first day that went away. The food is delicious and they definitely go above what I would expect in a small ski town with carefully put together courses - not just a lump of pasta.
The place has a big carpark, good family amenities like a relaxing-smelling spa, kitted-out playroom for kids as well as a gym.
A nice bonus for Maratona participants is that it's right near the start. You can wait in the hotel right up until your wave starts. Great for keeping warm!
I would definitely come back again, perhaps in winter next time.
