β β β β β Nice, little, family run hotel. We had a big suite, half board. Room was very clean, house keeping twice per day. Food was varied and tasty. Waiters and receptionists very polite and helpful. Free ski shuttle bus was very efficient and convienient to help us get to the ski gondolas. Small pool and spa was very nice, lots of fun for kids with water jets and waterfall ? Mostly, we were the only one in the pool. Madonna di Campiglio is great ski resort and I trully recommend hotel Gianna for the stay there.

β β β β β Just back from a fantastic holiday at Hotel Gianna. Staff were truly exceptional and very helpful throughout the whole stay. Although the hotel is not near a lift they operate an excellent minibus service and we were given the driver's number so that we could organise lifts with absolute ease. The food was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

β β β β β We had the most impecable experience here, the location was magical. The snow outside really set the scene.
Inside, the atmosphere was warm and intimate and the dining room was most spectacular.
It was not just a dining experience, the whole service from start to finish was simply wonderful!

β β β β β This is the best hotel we have ever been in! Extraordinary service, food and facilities. It was out first ski trip so we wanted to stay in a place what will give us the best experience. We were so right! The service is incredible, everyone know who you are and what room are you from so they direct you towards your table while being extra nice. The breakfast can't be better - they have a buffet with eggs, cheese, ham and many types of sweets - it perfect. After you sit down they ask you for your coffee of choice and deliver it to your table in minutes. The dinner is not included but you definitely should try it, it's only 34 Euro for 4 dishes and they are wonderful in case you want to stay in for the evening.
There's a ski storage room and the hotel has a dedicated driver to take you around the town to the different ski sites and back. That was really comfortable because the hotel is not in the center of the town but with this driving service it felt as if it was.
The spa is wonderful with a pool, hot tub, sauna and other attractions that are perfect for your body right after ski.
I really recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Madonna di Campiglio.

β β β β β The hotel was beautiful and all the staff so helpful. We loved the restaurant too. Both breakfast and evening meals were superb. The spa was a perfect way to unwind after a hard day walking.
