È un hotel 4 stelle e le senti tutte quante: dalla prenotazione dove il personale super professionale e gentile di questo hotel ci ha fatto sentire a casa ancor prima di arrivare, ai 4 giorni di soggiorno presso la struttura che ha veramente ogni comfort mia morosa ed io ci siamo goduti una vacanza veramente eccezionale! Le cene presso il loro ristorante le consiglio, sia per quanto riguarda i piatti che servono, oltre che quelli tipici della cucina locale, anche il resto era veramente stupendo, che per quanto riguarda i dolci, preparati ogni giorno dal loro pasticcere. L'hotel ha ogni cosa: dal pulmino che ti porta sulle piste alla ski room dove mettere ad asciugare scarponi, sci e snowboard, dalla zona relax con sauna, bagno turco, piscina e jacuzzi al servizio massaggi, ci siamo sentiti trattati da principi! Un grazie veramente sentito per il nostro soggiorno va ad Andrea, che ci ha seguito in ogni cosa rendendo questa vacanza magica What to say? It is a 4-star hotel and you can hear them all: from the booking where the super professional and kind staff of this hotel made us feel at home even before arriving, to the 4-day stay at the property that truly has every comfort my girlfriend and I enjoyed a truly exceptional holiday! The dinners at their restaurant I recommend, both in terms of the dishes they serve, as well as those typical of the local cuisine, the rest was also truly wonderful, and in terms of the desserts, prepared every day by their pastry chef. The hotel has everything: from the minibus that takes you to the slopes to the ski room where you can put your boots, skis and snowboards to dry, from the relaxation area with sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool and jacuzzi to the massage service, we felt treated like princes! Oltre ad avere spazi dedicati ad ogni tipo di clientela (sala conferenze, cantinetta, spa, area bimbi, sala da tè) dispone di camere comode e funzionali. Il personale è estremamente professionale e cortese ma la cosa che ci fa tornare in questo splendido posto sono il calore e spirito di accoglienza. Assolutamemte da provare il ristorante, piatti gustosi e particolari con una proposta di pasticceria davvero stupefacente (sia nel gusto che nella forma...). Se appassionati di vino sapranno consigliarvi al meglio. Menzione d'onore per il servizio di guida escursionistica con Nadia, oltre ad essere una profonda conoscitrice e amante del territorio, rende l'esperienza davvero unica con la sua simpatia. In the center of Moena but out of the hustle and bustle and with ample parking, a very nice and welcoming hotel. In addition to having spaces dedicated to all types of customers (conference room, cellar, spa, children's area, tea room), it has comfortable and functional rooms. The staff is extremely professional and courteous but the thing that makes us return to this beautiful place is the warmth and spirit of welcome. Absolutely to try the restaurant, tasty and particular dishes with a truly amazing pastry proposal (both in taste and in shape ...). If you are a wine lover, they will be able to give you the best advice. Honorable mention for the hiking guide service with Nadia, as well as being a deep connoisseur and lover of the area, makes the experience truly unique with her sympathy.

Parcheggio e navetta che ti porta agli impianti da sci gratuiti. Ottima area relax dopo una giornata sulla neve. Camere pulite e profumate. Ci torno volentieri super approvato! Very nice structure, kind and welcoming staff and excellent organization. Hotel a few steps from the center of Moena. Parking and shuttle that takes you to the free ski lifts. Great relaxation area after a day in the snow. Clean and fragrant rooms. I'm happy to go back super approved!
