R	Rebecca Andreutto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio compagno abbiamo pernottato tre notti presso l'hotel Cristallo in mezza pensione. Per noi è stata una piacevole scoperta! La camera era pulita e dotata di terrazza, senza moquette e con cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno. La cena prevedeva tre opzioni di scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo e due per il dessert, con buffet di verdure self service. Pietanze davvero buone, ben cucinate e ben servite. Il personale di sala molto attento e gentile. La colazione era altrettanto ricca di scelta e buona. Complimenti ai gestori e a tutto il personale dell'hotel, che consigliamo davvero. My partner and I stayed three nights at the Cristallo hotel on a half board basis. For us it was a pleasant discovery! The room was clean and with a terrace, without carpet and with daily change of towels. The dinner included three choices for both the first and the second and two for the dessert, with a self-service vegetable buffet. Really good dishes, well cooked and well served. The dining room staff very attentive and kind. The breakfast was equally rich in choice and good. Kudos to the managers and all the hotel staff, which we really recommend.

Panorama mozzafiato dalle stanze, ampio parcheggio adiacente alla struttura, collegatissimo alle vicine località turistiche, piste da sci a pochi minuti di autobus o macchina, e numerosissime passeggiate. La stanza: pulita e gradevole. Bagno nuovo (o tenuto in perfette condizioni). Letto e cuscino COMODISSIMI! Personale: discreto e cordiale. Molto apprezzata l'accoglienza in reception. Gradevole la presenza del personale di sala durante la cena e la colazione. Gli spazi comuni: in stile di montagna e piacevoli per trascorrere un caldo dopocena in compagnia e relax Cibo: colazione abbondante e qualità della scelta per la cena molto buona. (Attenzione minuziosa alle norme anticovid) Consigliato anche per le famiglie. Structure in which we will gladly return. The hotel enjoys a very convenient location. Breathtaking views from the rooms, ample parking adjacent to the structure, very connected to the nearby tourist resorts, ski slopes just a few minutes by bus or car, and numerous walks. The room: clean and pleasant. New bathroom (or kept in perfect condition). VERY COMFORTABLE bed and pillow! Staff: discreet and friendly. The welcome at the reception was much appreciated. The presence of the dining room staff during dinner and breakfast is pleasant. The common areas: mountain style and pleasant to spend a warm after dinner in company and relaxation Food: hearty breakfast and very good quality of choice for dinner. (Meticulous attention to the anticovid norms) Also recommended for families.

Esperienza molto molto positiva: camera estremamente pulita, con ricambio giornaliero della biancheria. Abbiamo fatto mezza pensione. La colazione a buffet era molto varia e ricca; la cena, con ampia scelta di menù, è stata caratterizzata da piatti ben presentati e cucinati molto bene. Ultima nota da segnalare: il personale è molto attento alle norme anti covid. We stayed a weekend at this property. Very very positive experience: extremely clean room, with daily change of linen. We took half board. The buffet breakfast was very varied and rich; dinner, with a wide choice of menus, was characterized by well presented and very well cooked dishes. Last note to note: the staff is very attentive to anti-covid rules.

Non sono il tipo da Spa o Sauna, per cui non posso giudicare questi servizi, ma il fatto che ci siano da più prestigio alla struttura. Per il resto devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Il personale è gentile e sempre disposto ad assecondare ogni vostra esigenza. Le camere sono (almeno la mia) spaziose e con un bagno di buone dimensioni. Certo l'arredamento è un pò datato, ma in linea con tutto il resto. La cena è buona e di giusta qualità, solo un pò troppo veloce per i miei gusti tra un piatto e l'altro...avrei preferito ci dessero un pò più di tempo dato che per molti a tavola non solo si mangia, ma ci si confronta con i commensali. La cosa che toglierei in assoluto è la moquette nelle camere e nei corridoi...anche se puliti spesso sono comunque antigenici, specie in questo periodo di pandemia dove le persone sono più sensibili al discorso igiene. La posizione è buona...la fermata del bus è proprio di fronte, nelle immediate vicinanze trovate anche una farmacia. Gli impianti di risalita per il Catinaccio si trovano ad appena 300mt a piedi. Un ampio parcheggio riservato completa la struttura. Non dimentichiamoci della importante presenza di una zona dedicata agli sci, dove poterli riporre in totale sicurezza. E poi il prezzo che per la stagione è di assoluto apprezzamento...comunque in linea con le aspettative. I miei complimenti vanno ai titolari e gestori. Really good experience ... I'm not the Spa or Sauna type, so I can't judge these services, but the fact that there are more prestige to the facility. For the rest I must say that I found myself very well. The staff is kind and always willing to accommodate your every need. The rooms are (at least mine) spacious and with a good size bathroom. Sure the decor is a little dated, but in line with everything else. The dinner is good and of the right quality, just a little too fast for my tastes between one dish and another ... I would have preferred they would have given us a little more time since for many at the table we not only eat, but there he confronts the diners. The thing that I would absolutely remove is the carpet in the rooms and corridors ... even if clean they are often unsanitary, especially in this pandemic period where people are more sensitive to hygiene. The location is good ... the bus stop is right in front, in the immediate vicinity you will also find a pharmacy. The ski lifts for the Catinaccio are just 300 meters away on foot. A large reserved parking completes the structure. Let's not forget the important presence of an area dedicated to skis, where they can be stored in total safety. And then the price which for the season is absolutely appreciated ... in any case in line with expectations. My compliments go to the owners and managers.

The best part of the stay though was definitely the staff in the hotel, who all went above and beyond to help and to make us feel comfortable. (That included quickly finding a solution to a flat tire on a rental car!) Would recommend to anyone going to Vigo Di Fassa.

Breakfast is fine But there is no variety, the same every day. Water with a meal for dinner additionally payable. The owner is unpleasant, never smiles, no contact with the guest. At night, it is cold in the room, the heating is only turned on in the morning and afternoon, in order to protect appearances. Generally poor, the hotel is on the verge of collapse ...
