★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne eccezionale! Fatevi consigliare da Simone, il proprietario, si come cucinarla alla griglia o, meglio, fate uno dei suoi corsi. Pulled Pork, Brisket o un semplice, si fa per dire, carré di costine alla griglia con cottura lenta in affumicatore. Un posto da visitare!
 Outstanding meat! Get advice from Simone, the owner, how to cook it on the grill or, better, take one of his courses. Pulled Pork, Brisket or a simple, so to speak, rack of ribs grilled with slow cooking in a smoker. A place to visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato pollo e patate arrosto , al momento di mangiare mi sono trovata le patate completamente bruciate e quindi immangiabili.
L'errore nel cucinarle può starci ma non quello di consegnarmele e farmele pagare. Per onestà nei loro confronti li ho chiamati e mi hanno detto di ritornare al negozio ma ero già lontana.
I ordered chicken and roast potatoes, at the time of eating I found the potatoes completely burned and therefore inedible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne spettacolare. Abbiamo acquistato canederli, salamelle, hamburger, formaggio, salame e birre. Tutto molto buono anche dopo averli gustati dopo averli surgelati. In particolare canederli, salamelle e hamburger ottimi.

Si possono trovare moltissimi tipi di carni, tutte super selezionate.
Da provare assolutamente la carne salada e lo speck preparata dalla stessa macelleria Bolgi.
Buonissimi anche o canederli allo speck o ai formaggi.
Noi abbiamo fatto scorta di carni e canederli sotto vuoto per portarci un po' di Trentino a casa!
