Stanza spaziosa (camera superior), qualche piccolissima sbavatura assolutamente perdonabile. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Excellent choice on Arta terme. Although it is a three-star hotel, the hotel offers top-quality service. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent food. Spacious room (superior room), some very small burrs absolutely forgivable. Staff very kind and helpful.

Prima volta qui, ma non escludo che ci torneremo con estremo piacere. Davvero una bella struttura in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso weekend all'insegna del relax Welcoming, familiar structure. The extremely courteous staff, excellent services. The super clean room. First time here, but I don't rule out that we will be back with great pleasure. La ristorazione è molto curata e propone piatti tipici del territorio, con una grande varietà di alternative. Centro benessere accogliente e funzionale con piscina e massaggio. Il tutto con grande attenzione al rispetto dei protocolli COVID-19 e, allo stesso tempo, cordialità e disponibilità da parte del personale. Consigliatissimo. Our experience was extremely positive. The rooms are very clean and functional. The catering is very accurate and offers typical dishes of the area, with a great variety of alternatives. Welcoming and functional wellness center with swimming pool and massage. All with great attention to compliance with the COVID-19 protocols and, at the same time, friendliness and helpfulness on the part of the staff. Highly recommended.

La camera era piccola ma funzionale , pulita e moderna. Avevamo un terrazzino tutto nostro. Il bagno aveva una vasca molto grande e comoda. Letto comodo e ambiente molto caldo! Abbiamo anche cenato con tre portate, e buffet di verdure vario. Tutto molto buono con ricette tipiche della regione. Davvero buon hotel in posizione strategica per scoprire zoncolan (sci) e dintorni della Carnia. We only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed it. For every question the ladies at the reception have always answered you with courtesy. The room was small but functional, clean and modern. We had our own little terrace. The bathroom had a very large and comfortable tub. Comfortable bed and very warm environment! We also had a three course dinner, and varied vegetable buffet. All very good with recipes typical of the region. Really good hotel in a strategic position to discover zoncolan (ski) and the surroundings of Carnia.

The hotel itself is not very expensive but I suggest to get the full pension if you think to eat there because the restaurant has restaurant prices (and it's also rather good). I heard the hotel is 10min from the ski places but I did not go there, but the natural area around the small town is very beautiful. Strongly suggested place
