Every morning you will get big and great breakfast.
If you need a good hotel in this section of Italy, than book a room there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Hotel Franz for a recent wine visit to the region of Collio (also highly recommended ;) This is not only a great location (very close to the city center of this small town) but the staff were exceptional... particularly Sonia at the front desk. She was very helpful with information, with a smile.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and service was outstanding as well...simple but many options and we'll done. Didn't make it to the pool, but it's lovely....next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked two rooms for one night at Hotel Franz, but I had to cancel at the very last moment, on the same day of arrival. Even if the booking rules were clear on full payment, after I spoke with the hotel representative they decide to waive payment and penalties.
Very kind and professional!
Thanks, I will certainly come back to Hotel Franz on my next trip to Gradisca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We truly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Franz. The staff is exceptionnally friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant/bar. The breakfast has a huge varierty of both sweets and savouries. Nice outdoor area with large swimming pool and sufficient seatings. The hotel provides free swimming towels at the front desk. Nice rooms with good working airconditioning. The hotel has a big private parking lot.
The only, slightly negative point, was that the food portions at dinner were rather small. But in a 5 minute walk you find a few good restaurants.
Overall we really advice a stay in this hotel!
