★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo ACI GRADISCA, chiamo la scorsa settimana per sapere se posso portare le carte per fare la tessera benzina agevolata, mi dicono di passare il sabato mattina.
Sabato mattina passo in sede e mi dicono che hanno già ricevuto troppe richiete per le tessere, pertanto mi dicono di ritornare mercoledì pomeriggio quando avrebbero riaperto le pratiche.
Prendo 1 ora di permesso dal lavoro, per arrivare in tempo, inizio a fare la fila fuori e dopo circa 15 minuti esce la titolare a dire che raccolgono ancora due richieste e poi basta, io ero il 5' non ho parole.
Saluto dico che posso vergognarsi e come cliente che da anni si recava da loro per delle pratiche sicuramente mi hanno perso.
Bad service ACI LIKE, I call last week to find out if I can bring the cards to get the petrol concession card, they tell me to spend Saturday morning.
Saturday morning I go to the office and they tell me that they have already received too many requests for the cards, so they tell me to come back on Wednesday afternoon when they would reopen the files.
I take 1 hour of leave from work, to get there on time, I start queuing outside and after about 15 minutes the owner comes out to say that they still collect two requests and then that's it, I was 5 'I have no words.
Greetings I say that I can be ashamed and as a customer who has been going to them for years for practices they have certainly lost me.
